Hotel de 3 estrellas, si llega. Bastante anticuado y poco cuidado. Habitación y baño deprimentes. Nuestro aire acondicionado ¡empezó a gotear en la alfombra a la 1:30 de la madrugada! Nos cambiaron pero no volvería... Desayuno normal con café y zumos muy malos.

Pessima esperienza in Cappadocia,hotel 5 stelle che ne vale due e mezzo . Stanze molto grandi , bagno con vasca e tenda degli anni 70, moquette dalla pulizia discutibile , ristorante con buffet ampio ma non di qualità , colazione inesistente perché ampia scelta di verdure insalate ma nulla a che fare con la colazione, sia dolce che salata a meno di qualche pancakes . Inaccettabile la maleducazione dei camerieri ,si vede che sono improvvisati e non parlano neanche due parole di inglese che sarebbe il minimo per un hotel che accoglie decine di bus turistici . A cena hanno raggiunto il massimo: non cambiano le tovaglie ,tutte macchiate e per due giorni si seguito abbiamo ritrovato il bicchiere macchiato di rossetto trovato sul nostro tavolo .

Estuve alojada con mi esposo por dos noches. Es un hotel muy grande, con amplias instalaciones, habitaciones cómodas, cama confortable, baño completo con buen caudal de agua en la ducha, tiene jarra eléctrica, infusiones y agua a disposición todos los días. Los espacios comunes tienen detalles de lujo, todos los ambientes son muy agradables. Tanto el desayuno como la cena que ofrecen es buffet, una gran cantidad de platos, olores y sabores se entremezclan y lejos de resultar atractivo quitan el apetito, nuestra experiencia con la comida no fue buena, además la higiene es dudosa, los platos se ven limpios pero en la parte de abajo están pegajosos, creo que es un aspecto fundamental a mejorar. Lo mismo nos ocurrió al llegar, aún estaban preparando las habitaciones, reciben grandes contingentes, cuando subimos al piso asignado, siendo las 18 hs aún estaban con sábanas, toallas, botellas de jabón líquido y champú tirados en el medio del pasillo, realmente creo que se puede ser más prolijo y evitar esta mala impresión al llegar. A pesar de estos detalles pasamos dos lindos días.

Stayed here 2 nights.Rooms are clean but rather dim due to small windows and poor lighting. They have a safe and fridge ,TV , and free Wi-Fi also a kettle with only 2 sachets of tea provided and a couple of paper cups so drink your tea quickly before cup collapses! No glasses provided either but there is a litre bottle of water. Room was hot but no control in room for the a/ c unit so phoned reception and one was brought up ( no idea why it wasn’t in the room) Bathroom average as it had a bath with a shower above it .sachets of hair conditioner provided but no shampoo! Breakfast buffet has fair choice. Evening buffet again fair choice of meat / chicken / fish but food was cold, as were the plates to put the food on . Have stayed in much better 4 star hotels.

This is the hotel where we stayed as part of the Cappadocia tour we participated between 11-13 April. The hotel is large and spacious, our room, toilet and bathroom were clean. The food was delicious but limited in variety. Since we were going as part of a tour, our tour company did not make an agreement to have water on the tables during meals, so we had to get our water from the dispenser. This is an interesting and ridiculous application. As a hotel, water could be placed on every table. If you're smart, I suggest you don't go anywhere with a tour.
