Wir waren in frisch renovierten Zimmern untergebracht. Noch ist alles sauber aber handwerklich nicht so super ausgeführt (bei uns kam die Gardinenschiene von der Decke, weil die Schrauben nicht gedübelt wurden. Sonst sehr sauber. Spa-Anlage ist ein Witz. Der Indoor-Pool ist viel zu klein. Schwimmen ist dort nicht möglich, sondern nur Planschen. Sport-Raum mit üblichen Geräten ausgestattet aber schlecht belüftet. Die Außenpools waren im Mai zwar mit Wasser (und Algen/Ablagerungen) gefüllt aber nicht benutzbar. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Ürgüp. An der Straße runter in den Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte. Frühstück und Restaurant (abends): Es wird jeden Tag das Gleiche in Buffet-Form angeboten. Wir waren dort eine ganze Woche - dann kann man das Essen dort nicht mehr sehen. Mehr Variation wäre wünschenswert. Immer sehr voll und sehr laut.

Very bad. Location far from the town centre, "old" rooms and services, intermittent internet. Only breakfast and dinner are at the level of this hotel which perhaps in the past was more "elegant", now only decadent. If it were renovated, it would definitely be worth its value, but not now. Hotel that claims to be 5 stars, of which there are practically all of them left over. It is not understandable how a hotel like this can have the pipes outside the room and a drain in the bathroom visible. The bathtub is very very old and the smells are evident throughout the room. The windows are also old and the walls chipped in places. The mattresses are old and sagging and very hard. The towels are old and very thin. Hotel not recommended and should be completely renovated. It is not worthy of being in such a beautiful area with these shabby facilities. I haven't seen a 5-star hotel like this in a long time. I don't recommend it at all.

We stayed 2 nights as part of our organized tour. Location is far from city center but worked for our group itinerary. The hotel is in process of renovating top down. The renovated floors are nice but the unrenovated rooms are very dated and tired. Walls are thin and if you use the HVAC your room will get smoky. They should really consider smoke free indoors and 25 feet from buildings. This was a problem at all my hotels in Turkey. The food is not good but you will not go hungry just eat some bread and have a salad. The gym and spa area are like a time capsule from the 70s.

New hotel. Room nice with king and twin beds. Nice view. Halls attractive and well lit. Bathroom very nice and clean. AC worked well. Room well lit. Good TV. Many charging plugs in the room.Staff nice. Good location Overall impressive nice hotel

We stayed here for two nights with the group tour. Unfortunately we were assigned the room on the 3rd floor, a spacious and clean room, but without internet connection. On the fifth floor, however, it worked... The buffet dinners were good and with a wide choice.
