There was a problem with the location... I made a reservation thinking it was Göreme, but the taxi ride to Göreme cost about 180 lira... Breakfast is not a buffet, but service, so I don't understand why they take the trouble to serve it ^^ They are kind...the couple Not suitable for going.. Suitable for families considering cost-effectiveness..

Really nice place, great location and very friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was top notch. They have been very smart in making their hotels in the caves. Despite staying during a time of snow, the rooms were warm. Highly recommended. Would only say that our bed sheets had a few ants present but it was a mild negative compared to the overall positive experience we had. 4.5/5 stars for sure!

We are a family of 4, my husband and I with our 2 kids. We stayed at the Cappadocia old house. Such a relaxing cozy and hospitable environment. We were welcomed by the owner/manager after a morning flight and long morning without any food. They immediately showed us our room and had already began preparing a breakfast table for us. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. Each of us had a bed to sleep on. By the time we just placed our luggage in the room and came down to the garden the food was ready! It was a delicious Turkish breakfast spread. The staff are so hospitable and welcoming and really maintained the relaxing ambiance in the hotel. The owner made us feel so comfortable by showing my kids his kittens and the pet turtles he had in the garden! They were able to pet and carry the animals as much as they wanted. He also asked us about our day plans and helped us get around and make reservations for different excursions in the city. We Highly recommend this location. Very safe area. It was definitely worth every penny and hope to be back soon!

As a couple, we suddenly decided to take a weekend vacation. While we were researching where we could stay, we saw the comments and wanted to stay here, and we realized before we even left that we made the right decision. We called the hotel manager, Mr. Ahmet, to ask many questions until we left. As if it wasn't enough that he helped us with many issues such as weather and road conditions, he greeted us at the door when we arrived. He had our room decorated as a gesture. We already loved our room. (We stayed in the suite called Secret Room and recommend it to everyone.) The cave room, which can be considered a small duplex, has a large sofa and armchair on the upper floor, where you can enjoy the fireplace. When you descend the stone stairs, your wonderful cave bedroom welcomes you. Hot drinks such as tea, coffee and linden have all been considered. Mr. Ahmet also offered us a fruit plate and snacks. Thank you very much. There was only one bird's milk missing from the breakfast (be sure to try the eggs with sausage, their sausages are amazing). Also, the hotel (I can't describe it as a hotel because it is a complex of wonderful rock rooms with a magnificent view and designed as doors opening from the street to the room. The rooms have names such as joy, fairy tale, secret room. There are and they live up to their name.) It is in a very central location in Ürgüp and has its own parking lot. If you went without a plan, Mr. Ahmet tells you where to visit and marks these places on the map. Even if we didn't visit any place and just spent time at the hotel, it would be enough. a nice traditional and reasonably priced cave hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good shower and nice breakfast. run by a nice staff that was so very helpful during my stay. it is in a good location and you can easily walk to many places to eat.

We stayed at Old House for couple of days and had a great time with my family. The staff were excellent at addressing our questions. The best part was breakfast, it’s very filling and good quality. We stayed at Mystery and Chance room.

Very cozy and nice place, nice people and very helpful and friendly. Food is like home made, very fresh and tasty. Love it Very clean. Location is very close to city center. Definitely try the related restaurant, eat at the terrace, you will love the food and the view.
