Nice hotel in general poor reception service otherwise the rest restaurant bar very good service. I was all inclusive but many things had to be paid for.

Zeer veel overlast van een bar naast het hotel. Elke dag tot over 0.00. Kon geen andere kamer krijgen. Slecht geslapen en kon niet op mijn balkon zitten. Neem geen kamer voor bij het hotel. Baalde er zo van. Ze doen er wel nonchalant over dat ze er niets aan kunnen doen.

amazing environment and great food. everyone is friendly and helpful.The family room is spacious and have 5 beds.we enjoyed all the entertainment they arranged for us during the day and at night. Best place to go with young kids because they have a playground,playroom and a babysitter.so awesome

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Paradise Beach Resort avec mon épouse, et bien que notre arrivée ait été marquée par un petit malentendu, nous sommes très satisfaits de la manière dont la situation a été résolue. Je pense qu'une formation complémentaire pour les équipes de réception serait bénéfique, afin de leur permettre d'avoir plus de liberté dans la prise de décisions. Cela pourrait améliorer encore plus l'expérience des clients. Toutefois, nous tenons à remercier Marianne, la manager, qui a su régler le quiproquo de manière rapide et efficace, tout en nous offrant un geste commercial qui a dépassé nos attentes. C'est une vraie professionnelle, et nous lui sommes très reconnaissants. Côté restauration, nous avons été ravis de la qualité des repas, avec une cuisine savoureuse et variée. Le personnel est généralement très aimable, et les bars offrent un cadre agréable pour se détendre. Je tiens également à souligner l'importance de bien vérifier votre réservation. Le complexe comprend deux structures distinctes, Zanzibar et Paradise Beach, et il est essentiel de faire attention pour éviter toute confusion. Pour avoir séjourné dans les deux, je trouve les chambres du Paradise moins humides et plus lumineuses, avec un jardin agréable orné de magnifiques cocotiers. Enfin, ne manquez pas de profiter du bar sur pilotis en soirée, avec une ambiance musicale agréable. Si vous êtes chanceux, vous serez servi par Marieme, dont la bonne humeur et les délicieux cocktails feront de votre soirée un moment mémorable. C'est aussi une excellente danseuse, ce qui ajoute une touche de gaieté à l'expérience.

The people and staff was very frendly and a serviceable. For a food I can give a 10 for an efford, but. Some say that there was a same food every day, but that was not actually true, it just taste a same. The island is a famous of a spices, but they don´t use them so much. A menu was rotating that every day of the week was a different and extras from a live coocing, pizzas, burgers, pastas. So there is a place to go for a Gordon Ransey to put a kitchen in order :-) A brekfast was a good and deserts exellent, A fresh fruit allways available and so on.

Not great, everything was average. Food, accommodation. - Bad location (nothing outside the hotel); the tide is significant, and the entire bay smells bad - Bad rooms, the drains in the bathroom smelled terrible; worst in the morning and evening; we had to ventilate a lot - The food was bland and didn't change much in the buffet ️ - If I had only experienced this hotel, I wouldn't think highly of Zanzibar.

Bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec soin, le restaurant buffet est varié et bon. Un stand vous propose des excursions variées sur l ile. Seul bémol, la plage qui n invite pas à la baignade : marée importante et eau pas "bleue" comme sur d autres plages de Zanzibar...

Les commentaires font toujours peur mais je peux vous dire que nous avons adoré nos 6 jours à cet hôtel. Les repas sont succulents beaucoup de choix. Le service est incroyable et l’endroit est très beau. Les marées donnent un paysage magique. Personne ne parle du spa que nous avons essayé en duo avec mon fils et c’était incroyable. Le service VIP avec le hammam était le meilleur que j’ai eu à vie.
