My friends and I experienced beautiful generous rooms with excellent bathrooms to authentic fine dining to luxurious grounds and full spa amenities. The entire staff was professional and very polite. I learned from the front desk manager, Abel, that the river running along the back of the property is the scared Umbama River. The stone work adorning the sweeping grounds are part of the Inca antiquities being protected and curated. ADA compliance noted: ramps, elevator, level door entrances.

J ai sincèrement apprécié mon séjour à l hôtel et je dois souligner la gentillesse du personnel et leur sens du service. Tout particulièrement, le restaurant avec un service de qualité et professionnel. Je remercie dans ce sens Monsieur Mollo, Monsieur Erlis et un serveur Venezuelien ( je ne me souviens plus son prenom ) qui ont été attentifs et prévenant.

We stayed here for seven nights in July 2024. The hotel building and grounds are top quality. The service is excellent. The restaurant is great, we ate there every night because it was so good. While downtown Urubamba is not a tourist town at all, go see the market and especially the Wednesday market.

beautiful hotel on the way to machu picchu. overlooking a river! staff is really nice and the rooms are really big. ours had a soaking tub with jets! pisco sours were great. they even let us give milk to the baby llama! the pool was lovely as well.

Amazing experience! As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted by friendly and attentive staff who will ensure a smooth check-in process and take your luggage to your room. The rooms, lobby, and entertainment areas were very clean, with a rustic modern meets mystical decor. But what impressed me the most was Abel. He would ask us questions about our plans and offer some suggestions. He showed us around the hotel premises and all its amenities, such as the spa, the petting area, and the ritual area. We'll definitely come back!

The food was delocious! The waiter Moises was really kind to us and gave us a lot tips about the area. On top of the excellent restaurant, the hotel is just a hidden jewel. Really recommend both the hotel and restaurant for you next trip to the Cusco region

Amazing place, excellent service, wonderful views from the room, the spa is great next to the Urubamba river. Feeding the baby alpacas was a relaxing experience. Super clean and the room was very spacious. Abel gave the extra mile with his service!! Highly recommended!!

Ótimo hotel, pena q ficamos pouco tempo, fomos mt bem atendidos pelo recepcionista Abel! Quartos com vista muito linda, piscina muito bonita, porém não usamos por causa do frio. Restaurante com comidas deliciosas e café da manhã top! Vale a pena
