We went to Peru for a family trip And we had a blast, I have to admit We stayed at Belmond Rio Sagrado hotel Where everything was perfect The hotel was peaceful, by the river's side with many trees and flowers, a lovely sight. The baby lamas were so playful and fun. Our girls had the chance to feed them and were so happy The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast was colorful and very delicious. The people were kind and always ready to help. We felt so welcome and we have been so well taken care of. We also enjoyed two experiences they offered to us. They were both amazing and highly recommended. Also many credits to our tour guide Elliuth, who has been extraordinary. He took care of us and helped us with the altitude challenges. We got to see so many of Sacred Valley's jewels in most effortless for us way and providing us with all his knowledge. Thank you Belmond team for such a lovely stay. You made our trip memorable in every way And we hope to come back soon, to see you

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing and there is just something very special about it. The staff is super friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the turn down service in which we had a "stuffy" that warmed our bed every night. During our stay we had a Pachamama ceremony as well as the picnic out in the lawn and both were amazing experiences. Also feeding the baby alpacas was just such a treat! The food was great at the restaurant and their staff did a great job at every meal. In particular we want to thank Braulio from the restaurant and Maribel from the front desk for going above and beyond in making our stay one that we will always remember. We cant say enough great things about this hotel. We loved every minute of our stay.

The hotel is simply one of the best I’ve ever been. Not only the beautiful location right there in contact with nature and the sacred river but the whole architecture is just breathtaking. I have no words to describe the hotel staff. Very welcoming, friendly and ready to serve and help you at any given time. Special shoutout to the staff at “el huerto” restaurant!!! Every single one of them. Hosts and waiters/ waitresses. I’m gonna miss them all!!! My family and I had without doubt the best time here and we will be coming back soon!

We had lunch in this beautiful hotel. The views of the mountains and the river are spectacular. The food was excellent and the service from Edson was outstanding. My husband has poor mobility and every member of staff we encountered was very helpful. We loved the friendly alpaca in the grounds. Would love to come back and stay.

We had the most fantastic trip to Peru! Belmond helped us plan a magical trip and our tour guide, Hugo Tamayo Fuentes, absolutely MADE our trip! Our highest recommendations to our tour planner, Ursula, Hugo and all the Belmond staff who made this our best trip ever! Choose the Belmond, arrange to have Hugo for your tour and then relax and enjoy your trip! Everything will be taken care of!
