Excelente atención, el espacio es muy amplio, acogedor con personas cálidas que te ponen contacto con la naturaleza muy recomendable volveremos en las próximas vacaciones!!...fue muy divertido, descubrimos muchas cosas, nos divertimos en la piscina, en el juego del billar y jugamos en el sapo!! Fue estupendo

Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones relajantes hospedate en este hermoso hotel. Me quede x 6 días y realmente me hicieron sentir como en casa, el personal es muy amable siempre atentos, el desayuno es buffete bastante variado, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias

Excelente vista a las montañas, instalaciones con bellos paisajes, zona de garaje, habitaciones super amplias, limpias y muy cómodas, restaurant con variedad de desayuno, zonas de descanso y de fotografía, las cenas con buena sazón riquísimo!!!! El personal es muy atento y amable , en general un hotel muy amplio y muy acogedor para ir con la familia.

Excelente experiencia, fui en familia y nos gusto mucho,muy bonito y buena atención Lo mejor los juegos para mis niños y las excelentes vistas en el jardín toda una experiencia maravillosa, la comida es bueno y rico, el desayuno es buffet bastante variado lo recomiendo.

Nos dieron una habitación con las colchas sucias, humedades en la habitación, la puerta de baño descolgada y lo que es lo peor de todo, cuando nos fuimos a duchar, en la ducha no había alcachofa. Además en la habitación y en todo el hotel hacia un frío espantoso, tuvimos que pedir calefactores para la habitación.

Reservamos 8 habitaciones, no nos dieron ninguna facilidad. La administradora Nelly nos trató pésimo, fue hostil en las llamadas. No cumplió con nada de lo que nos prometieron, super informales ademas, no mandaban correo ni nada por escrito.

San Agustin Urubamba, a hotel with a lot of human quality, thank you very much for all your attention, you are a great team, There is no doubt that it is well managed, I have returned to this hotel after almost 3 years and there have really been many changes, the property is every more beautiful, very well-kept gardens, very clean facilities, very warm staff, quite varied breakfast, now we do have a well-appointed pool.
