This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Peru! I would give it a 5-Star all day long. The breakfast spread is amazing! gaulberto is the host who seats everyone - he remembers your name and addresses you by your name every day! I cannot recommend this hotel and this staff enough

Muy buen hotel. Súper grande, habitaciones bien cuidadas. En la cena nos atendió Jordan, encantador y atento, nos recomendó un postre delicioso. Todo muy bien. Excelente. Las instalaciones son muy grandes y agradables, tiene su propia iglesia

Bravo au personnel du spa et notamment à Marguerita et Margot pour leur massage ! Un spa extrêmement bien équipé et qui n'a rien à envier aux spas Parisiens : sauna, hammam, 3 bains différents (très chaud, chaud et froid), douche écossaise, etc. Encore merci

Excelente atención Señor Gualberto atento en todo momento y capaz de enseñar a sus compañeros, el hotel limpio y ordenado con diversas actividades para niños y grandes, la comida rica, pero el personal es lo que destacaría en todo momento de un buen lugar

El hotel es un sueño, cada rincón es precioso. Se siente realmente la paz al estar allí. La casona es bellísima, super bien cuidada. El personal muy amable. Tiene varias actividades para hacer con los chicos, como la piscina, alimentar a los peces o cine.

I was amazed at the quality and all inclusiveness of this resort hotel. The facilities are beyond description; the staff is friendly, helpful, professional, amazing; the food and drinks, including breakfast, were both international and Peruvian and SO good. I loved my trip to Peru, but this resort hotel was at the top of the places I stayed and experiences I had. Do yourself a favor. At least look at their website. And even further, book and stay there. Gregorio es un excelente Mozo y te asesora muy bien en cuanto al menú! El lugar es hermoso en toda su extensión, puedes recorrer sus diferentes partes y apreciar la cultura local y su historia regional! En el restaurante la carta de selección de vinos es una de las mejores del Perú, puedes disfrutar de la calidad y excelencia del restaurante y además puedes consultar sobre diferentes platos de comida local!
