Sin duda alguna el lugar más hermoso de Valle Sagrado y con el más alto nivel de servicio Agradecimiento para recepción a Kris, Liliam, Julio, Carmen y Hernan. En restaurante quien me alegró todos los desayunos, Gregorio, con esa gran disposición y linda sonrisa así como también las recomendaciones de Andrés, Milton y Gualberto. Y a quienes llevaré en mi corazón por el cuidado que me dieron y la preocupación que tuvieron en toda mi sesión en el Spa, Margarita, Rosa, Margot y Nairuth, gracias infinitas. Si están buscando un hotel en Valle no lo duden, este es el lugar perfecto.

Una excelente experiencia para venir en pareja y desconectar de la ciudad, los ambientes cálidos, el trato del personal A1, muy recomendado. Visitar también el Spa la srita Yésica, Yudelina y Margot hacen que sea una experiencia única!!!

This beautiful resort is a heaven on the earth. It’s located out of nowhere, but once you enter the property you’ll be amazed with the level of service, beautiful resort with amazing landscapes and shops. Our room was a one bedroom River view apartment with all the amenities that you can think of. Although the resort was a 5 star resort and we had a flawless experience, the restaurant was the next level experience. My husband and I are both vegetarian and ask out lovely server Diana for recommendations. She recommended the corn soup and the mushroom stew. The corn soup was delicious and came with a side of fresh chili that you could add on. The mushroom stew was out of this world delicious. It was not like anything that I had before. It was by far the best vegetarian dish that we have had before. I think this chef is genius and super talented. I highly recommend this resort and above all the restaurant.
