Four Points Hotels in Urumqi

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

I stayed in this old five-star hotel. Although the facilities are a bit retro, the service is really great! As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt a strong warm atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, and the cleaning work is very good, making people feel very comfortable. What touched me most was that the hotel also prepared a loving fruit plate. The breakfast was rich and varied, with many of my favorite foods. It really reflects the care and thoughtfulness for the guests everywhere. I strongly recommend it to everyone, especially those who like retro style. This is definitely a good choice!

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here, and every time I have a new experience. This time I was also very satisfied with the accommodation experience. I arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk staff warmly received me and professionally solved some problems with the house. It was a very good experience. I would like to make a special note that after the stay, Sister Song, the waiter on the 15th floor, saw our family travel and immediately sent us dried fruits and yogurt. During the stay, my family's clothes were torn, and she also kindly helped to sew clothes. It was like returning home. The pros: it’s attached to a high end mall it has a top of the line automatic bidet as it’s part of Marriott group, interior of room is reminiscent of its sister brand, the EDITION has a beautiful executive lounge Service and lift arrival is always prompt Bellboys and L1 aunties are helpful, earnest and friendly Byredo toiletries The cons: Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night One of my wash sinks was clogged The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient to go anywhere. I have stayed here three times and was very satisfied every time. The hotel's hardware facilities are average, and the room is equipped with drinks. The price-performance ratio is not high. You are treated like air when you come in and out. No one helps you carry your luggage. Even if you are seen carrying two suitcases, no one cares. The aunt at the lobby security check is quite enthusiastic. She yells loudly and gives you a headache. There are super big mosquitoes in the bathroom of the house. I almost had a heart attack. The table in the room is sticky. I don’t know what is not wiped clean. The room card also feels very dirty. The kind that has not been changed for thousands of years. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It is the worst one I have stayed in when I traveled to Xinjiang!

After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.
