The only hotel ive stayed made me feels like i get more than what i pay. 100rmb and u get a free horse show, one nice room with buffet breakfast.

The hotel room was a bit dusty and the staff didn't change the sheets everyday when I stayed there.

Great stay here even though a bit struggle during check in because the staffs do not speak English

The horses and the show were wonderful, but even though we were in a different room from the usual ones, we were not given any explanation about the late check-out time, the breakfast venue, or how to get back to the reception, which was very confusing. The staff at the venue were kind enough to tell us how to get back when we asked, and even called us an electric cart, but we were dissatisfied with the way some of the reception staff handled the room. Of course, the late check-out card key had not been processed, so we were unable to leave the room, and we had to watch the show from the room. We would like a refund.

After reading the previous reviews, I was a little nervous to book this hotel. But my kids like horses. After moving in, I found that the room was pretty good. The hardware was not that bad. There were really a lot of flies. After all, it was a horse breeding base. You can watch the show in the room directly from the stable. The kids originally said they would only watch one show, but the next day, before the time came, they moved the chairs and sat down early. They also bought carrots several times to feed the horses. The Ferghana horses are so cool. The whole hotel is very big. We got lost when we came back that night and couldn't find the staff. A group of outsiders from all over the place found the room under the guidance of another outsider... There were indeed many steps and thresholds along the way. There were also two bottles of mineral water per room. I wanted to ask the waiter for an extra bottle, but they all looked serious and said that our mineral water would be charged.

I took my parents to Xinjiang to make it convenient for them to walk around the park. The breakfast was rich and varied. The food was good. But the service was not good enough. I kept looking for the room card at the front desk. It couldn't be opened when I checked in. Our reservation was until 4 pm and it couldn't be opened after 12 pm. Anyway, I kept looking for the room card many times. I stayed far from the front desk. The hotel's service would be better if it could be improved.

The overall environment is good, the park is easy to visit, and there are performances. The hotel room is a bit small, the hygiene is average, the facilities are old, the seats are broken and not repaired, which caused the legs to be scraped, causing serious skin injuries and bruises. There is a construction site behind the room, which is a bit noisy. Parking is not free, and a parking fee of 40 yuan is charged for one day, which is really not cost-effective!

The hotel park is very large. I got lost twice in the hotel. The design style is very stylish. The equestrian performance is wonderful. There are many interactive activities with horses. There are many personal collections of the owner in the hotel, which are classified into different collection halls. There are also some park activities. You can visit and play for a day or two. It is a must-experience hotel in Urumqi. Highly recommended

I didn't have high expectations. Looking at the photo album, I felt that the dark design style might be a place where dirt and filth could hide. I didn't expect it to be surprisingly clean~ The park is very large, and the accommodation is also distributed throughout the park. Building O is in the park, and it feels like most of the rooms in this building are single rooms~ There is indeed a problem of poor sound insulation, especially the door, which is frosted glass + wooden frame. If someone walks in the corridor, it is indeed quite noisy. Fortunately, there were not many people on the day I stayed~ You can enter and exit at will with the room card. If you don't want to walk, there are always sightseeing buses to pick you up~ The theme show is really good~ 40 to 50 minutes, various horses are shown one by one, very exciting~

The room smells heavily of paint, the drainage system in the bathroom is not good, the musty and anti-odor smell is disgusting, the breakfast variety is average, not much, there are sweat-blood horses in the scenic area, which is worth seeing, but there is no time to watch the performance. If you are on a business trip, you will waste half of the ticket. If you are not here to see the sweat-blood horses, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. It is not as good as a brand-name express hotel. The experience is poor, for reference only.

The front desk is located on the 3rd floor of Building R. The room is a little small, and the 24-inch suitcases for two people are a little limited. It is clean and odorless. There is a refrigerator and a safe. The soundproofing of the room is a little poor, and the noise from the next room is loud. The hotel breakfast is Western style, with many cakes and delicious. The hotel is very large, and you need a shuttle bus to Building R, otherwise you will get lost. Occasionally, you have to queue for the shuttle bus, and the scheduling needs to be improved. You can visit the equestrian show at 12 noon and 5 pm with your room card, which is quite exciting. The hotel also has several exhibition halls to visit, all of which are collections. The horses, camels and sheep in the stable can also be visited together
