It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

The waitress couldn't figure it out when she came up, so she finally tried to change the room, but the sound could still be heard in the next room, so I suggested that she cover it with a towel or something so that she could rest tonight. I could tell that the young lady was embarrassed, so she took some drinks and snacks from the minibar to apologize to us. But I asked her to make a new room card and send it over. I don’t know if she didn’t understand. She told me to get the electricity card. If she couldn’t swipe the room card after dinner the next morning, she would have to go downstairs and make it again. It's very unprofessional not to give you a new room card. The girl on the day shift made the room card and asked me to write a good review, but she didn't mention it when it was time to hand over the shift. There was no record or note about the faults in my room. If I were a guest who complained and made trouble, wouldn't she take the initiative to write a negative review to me 😂 I’ve written a lot about the second shortcoming, so let’s make it short. There are not many choices for breakfast. There is a problem with the circulation design of the restaurant. There is no one direction for the flow of people.
