STRENGTHS:
- There are various transfer times from the hotel to the center and vice versa.
- The breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen (including gluten free options)
- Clean and functional gym, sauna and pool.
- The room is spacious and has a view of either the lake or the mountains.
- Everything very clean
- Very polite and helpful staff
- There is a restaurant in the hotel with a varied menu and good prices.

Wonderful! Views are sublime. Great restaurant. Great service. Great amenities. They have full shuttle schedule to and from the center multiple times a day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Excellent option with SPA to rest after tours and trails in the region.
It has an excellent breakfast, bar and restaurant.
The rooms have good space, the quality of the bed and curtains are good and they have plenty of sockets to charge cell phones and other devices.
There is a transfer from the center to the hotel and vice versa. Excellent for being far from the center.

La vue est superbe, la chambre est grande et le petit déjeuner correct mais il y a trop de détails qui ne vont pas pour que le résultat soit bon. Évitez la chambre 15 surtout. On y entend jusque très tard les valises et les houx dans le couloir puis devant l’ascenseur et enfin les bruits d’impact de la chambre au dessus. Un hôtel est censé être fait pour pouvoir dormir.

My whole experience at Los Cauquenes was extremely pleasant! The staff were friendly, food was great, wine selection were excellent, awesome view of the mountains and beagle channel from the balcony and dining of the resort. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
