If you have booked this property, CANCEL ! The go and park in the lot and sleep in your car as this place is one small step above sleeping in your car experience .......................... Filthy floors in the room (made my feet bottoms black. Found that out as I took a shower. Breakfast although not expecting much , consisted of NOTHING ! Cleaned the toilet seat myself from a previous guest.

Staff was nice. And the room was clean considering the price. The room door was obnoxious and tedious to close. Let customers know there's no hot breakfast that's to go.

The room door was open and the lock was stuck upon arrival to the room. The bed sheets were dirty. There was drool on the bottom sheet near the pillow and stains on the pillow case. Th e room was freezing and there was no fridge or microwave. I booked through orbitz and was refunded the total amount.

The room had no heat and deadbolt was broken. Manager moved my room. 2nd room also had no heat. took about 2 hours to heat up in which I left room because it was too cold. In the morning, the breakfast was completely empty.

It took over 30 min to check me in because the system was having issues. Got charged extra fees when I got there because I wasn’t taxed right on the booking site. The heat didn’t work half the night, had to take a cold shower in the winter. The WiFi didn’t work. Half the time my key card didn’t work.

Had a suite located right at entrance and exit of the building we’re all night. We heard the door slamming till 1 o’clock in the morning then started again at four when people were leaving. We had literally no sleep. This wasn’t because the people slammed slam the door. It was because the door closed that way, so it wasn’t that people were throwing the door. Heater /air conditioner was disconnected from the wall so the cold air from outside was coming into our room. We had another day to stay there, but the conditions were so bad. They do not have a room to change it and will probably not get my money refunded. we have heard nothing from management.

Yellow spots on sheets and blankets. TV did not work. Charged $250 for “evidence” of smoking. But would not show this “evidence”. It’s a scam, the room was only $125 a night.

The staff was welcoming and our room was clean. The location , right off the thruway, was perfect for us.

The room was in okay condition. One of the bedroom lights wouldn’t work as well as in the shower the handle was very loose.
