The rooms were super clean. The pillows are very, very thick and don't give much. The TV causes a lot of problems. There are 4 German channels, but it often freezes. You can't connect anything to the TV because the remote control can't switch to HDMI or similar. The connection via the cell phone for screen transmission doesn't work either. So if you want to spend nice evenings in the whirlpool with Netflix, you should take your tablet or laptop with you.
The toilet was right by the entrance, not by the sink or shower.
The elevator can only be used in the evening with the room card to keep strangers away, as there is a public restaurant downstairs in the hotel.
The location is great, you're right next to the train station. Every now and then you can hear a train in the room.
We'd still be happy to come back again.

Friendly staff, nice room, great view, nice breakfast. Only the bathroom, especially the shower, could be cleaned a bit better: mold in the corners.

Otherwise the room is very large and very well appointed, the bedding is good and the kitchen with coffee machine is a real plus! Prices are quite high all the same, especially breakfast at €25

The room is large, the view is great, and it is very clean. It is next to the central station, but it is very quiet. The hotel facilities are good, but the swimming pool was under maintenance that day. The night view is very beautiful. I will recommend it to my friends.

Booked a room with a whirlpool. Water problem. Could not use the whirlpool, could not shower, no water from the tap. Nothing at all. Too bad. Otherwise nice room, nice location.
When checking out, no apologies were mentioned. Had to ask for a discount myself, since the amount you pay extra for a whirlpool was a waste if you cannot use it. In addition, could not shower, brush teeth or make tea, etc.
