Super central and clean hotel. Definitely recommended if you want to discover the heart of Utrecht. So don't hesitate.

I come to Utrecht often, but this hotel is located in the business center outside Utrecht train station, and I have never found it before. This time I booked through Ctrip and felt that the service needs to be improved. Because through the comparison of customer service before and after, I found that there was a difference in service. The front desk (male) proactively asked the guest in front if he wanted water. (He stayed one night) The previous guest took two bottles of water and left. I thought he also gave me two bottles of water, but he didn't say anything. I checked the hotel service and it provided free water, so I didn’t care if I brought water with me. I stayed for two nights, and the waiter arranged for me to be in the innermost corner of the 4th floor. I had to walk at least 25/30 meters to the elevator entrance. Because it is a corner room, the shape of the room is irregular, and the suitcase cannot even go in front of the window. It can only be placed at the door and in the bathroom corridor. I went downstairs and asked the waiter if I could change to another room. He said he would check tomorrow. The guest on the same floor behind me had a much better room location than mine. The next day, the front desk didn't contact me about changing rooms. This feeling about Hilton is very bad! As a frequent traveler, I usually don't comment on hotels, but I am not satisfied with Hilton's service this time!
