設施有些老舊，房間裏灰塵有些多，燈光非常昏暗。但是服務熱情，空間很大，位置極佳。旁邊有古老的教堂，步行十分鐘可以到達中央車站

Staff very friendly. They also run the cafe and food is reasonable. Hotel very convenient for historic sights.
Room supposed to be best and right at top of building. Great views and useful small roof terrace. However, layout not great and a bit tired. Wash basin area poor. TV a head injury risk. Yes a historic building has limitations but this room needs some tlc.

Great location, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very unique and cool room with fantastic view of Dom Tower and Domkerk. Only negative is there seemed to be a little water damage/stains on the counter around the sink which, probably won’t bother most people though

Erg vriendelijk personeel staan je goed te woord. Onze kamer was verrassend mooi en een goed uitzicht. Alleen de bubbel functie van het bubbelbad deed het niet stond ook in de beschrijving. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Bedden lagen heerlijk en ook goeie kussens. Vond het ook vooral fijn dat het hotel in het centrum gelegen is alleen wel lastig om daar een parkeer plaats te vinden als je de weg niet weet ook met de tomtom was het nog wel een gedoe. Verder was het wel erg warm in de kamer als de zon er vol op staat er was alleen een ventilator maar we zaten er dan ook wel dat het warm weer was 26 graden ongeveer.

Heerlijk verblijf, super mooi uitzicht en een onwijs fijne ruimte! Bij de wasbak wat waterschade maar dat valt in het niet, de suite is super fijn, mooi en prettig!

Comfort not up to expectations; cold room, even with heater to the maximum, stained bathrobes (bleached), a coffee stand but no glasses nor water (for which we had to pay extra!), dirty windows.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer außergewöhnlich (Achtung:halboffene Badezimmer). Wer einen besonderen Aufenthalt möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Leider waren die Teller nicht sauber und mussten ausgetauscht werden. Das angeschlissene Café ist sehr gut besucht, was leider auch zu langen Wartezeiten führt.

Ho soggiornato tre notti in una delle due suite di questo hotel boutique e mi sono trovata molto bene. La camera molto spaziosa, il letto grande e comodissimo. Bello anche il terrazzino con visuale sulla cattedrale. Unica pecca il lavandino distaccato dalla parte wc, piccolo e senza uno specchio adiacente. Non era compresa la colazione ma a pochi passi è pieno di locali, bar, ristoranti. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
