Stay was cool. Rooms are clean and staffs are cooperative. We like the stay at this residency. We recommend this place whoever is travel-ling to kumta or near by.

Rooms which are tied up with mmt are not upto the mark very small compared to normal non ac rooms that hotel currently has. I had book for 2 rooms for 2 nights but was charged 99 per hour for early check-in which resulted in 900 outgo from my end as additional cost. Which ilhas resulted in bad experience with mmt

Warm welcome
friendly staffs. Personal space and freedom good electricity back up windows should have mosquito nets cover. Bathroom faucet fitted on the left side. Faucet should be on the right side. Cheap rate. Restaurant in the down floor is really a great help.

It was good stay. Hotel is just 500mtrs away from bus stand and also near to railway station. Tv remotes had slight loose connection but overall it was good.
