Premier Inn London Uxbridge

We stopped here from the 10th November to the 13th. Rooms were fine, no issue with them, the only problem for me and my daughter were the staff at breakfast and checking in, the lady checking us in was the most miserable unhelpful woman I have ever come across and the lady on the breakfast needs to learn manors when speaking to people, she made my daughter feel uncomfortable, never said hello, please or thank you, twisted her face if I asked for anything that wasn't there, she slagged off management in front of guests. While the gentleman on breakfast on the 13th was the total opposite, made us feel at ease, very helpful and went above and beyond. Will have to re consider stopping here in the future

The restaurant in the hotel was empty apart from one couple and a family and me, I've stayed here many times, the staff are all worried if they will still have a job now the premier inn owners are now running the restaurants, apparently they are very quiet.

We stayed here on a whim as were visiting the area, upon arrival it looked like a good place to stay. Upon entering the room however it was apparent there was an issue with the air con as the room was like a furnace. We couldn't turn the heating down at all. The bathroom had really bad water damage along the edges which was apparent the bathroom floods when you try to have a bath or a shower as the water was coming From under the bath when using either! There was three of us in the room and we had two cups and two tea bags etc, so had to go and ask for more. Dinner was ok, but just ok, waited a while for food even though there was only a few of us in the dining room. Lady serving was happy and friendly but the gent looked like he really didn't want to be there and it showed when serving. Husband went to car to get something and forgot his room key so couldn't get back through to the room, he had to ask the receptionist twice if they would open the door for him and the receptionist even walked off once.... All in all we didn't sleep, paid a fortune for a night which was a night from hell and it's really put us off using premier inn in the future. I have severe asthma and the room was that hot it was setting my chest off. Unfortunately the receptionist wasn't very approachable so we didn't say anything but the whole experience really wasn't worth it.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special mention goes to the ladies at the front desk, Daria and Karmen, who were so attentive and looked after both me and my son with such care. The breakfast service was also a highlight, with Pryan (apologies if I misspelled the name) making sure every morning started with a warm, friendly smile and excellent service. The level of hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place with exceptional service and wonderful staff! Liga

First room Aircon too noisy. Second room only had towels for one person. Not serviced as requested and vent in bathroom not working. Attached restaurant disappointing, opens for breakfast then closes until early evening. Lost its way since our last visit

We stayed for one night. Hotel was fully booked. We were on ground floor and the floor is horrible. It creaks badly and loudly every single inch. Reception told us it has a floating floor and has been investigated but can't be fixed. They couldn't move us as hotel was full. Room was also shabby in places - pain peeling, mould etc.
