This hotel does not have restaurants facilities or any other facilities. Rooms allocated to us not found safe. Difficult to come out in case of fire hazard. Not safety doors stairs to come down. Rooms are very small and compact, beds covers not found good. Bathroom also not clean, no hot water during stays. No choice in breakfast. Breakfast served in rooms. Lunch/ dinners no choice and need to go out. Safety found major concerns if any thing happens and need to get down.

The overall experience was fine but the room was not suitable for three people. If you are booking for two people it’s good. Very close to railway station makes it a better choice.

It a nice stay. Staffs are good doing service, restaurant food is excellent with reasonable cost. They are polite and rooms are maintained well.

First of all, lot of auto drivers do not know the this hotel by name, they might leave you at the other apex hotel which is nearby. You need to mention surya hotel lane or behind police station. We had to drag our luggage (7 bags) from other hotel to this hotel is on first floor, but no lift so have to carry luggage via steps, but one of the cooks of adjacent hotel helped us to carry our luggage to reception area room and bathroom at first glance looks okay, but on closer look you will find, toilet seat was not cleaned at all, we had to use the disposable toilet seat covers which we had with us for train journeys. The bedding was dirty, you could see dirty smudges on the bedcover and quilt was little torn and dirty too. We had to use our own shawls whole night. We had checked in at night and were out at dawn to so didn't raised this issue but i would not recommend this place
