Review in English: I had a terrible experience at Sunday Hotel, Vadodara, due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the receptionist, Mr. Raj. From the moment we arrived, he displayed an unacceptable attitude. He was busy on a personal phone call, completely ignoring us, and the check-in process took an outrageous 45 minutes, despite us providing 10 Aadhaar cards for verification. Even after this, he refused to provide even two rooms for four people, including women, to freshen up. When we requested assistance, Mr. Raj rudely said, “If you want to go, leave,” in a tone that was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. We felt humiliated and unwelcome, as though we were begging for basic services rather than being paying customers. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in the hospitality industry. We were a family of 14 people, including kids, women, and men, and we had no choice but to leave the hotel at 10:30 PM due to this disgraceful treatment. Fortunately, we found a better hotel with excellent hospitality, but this incident left a lasting negative impression.
