I have booked premium room but room is very small, cockroaches were there. I have informed same to reception around 11pm. No one came to check the same. Even during the check out i have asked receptionist for the same she replied that sir i am trainee here please wait for our manager to come. After 2 hours i have asked them is your manager available? she replied no our manager is not available. Waste of money.

its an average hotel, the claims on cleanliness are a bit false as the permanent infra like toilet seats and kettle needs to be either cleaned better or replaced. other its good for the price

Small room, very small bathroom, poor breakfast, average dinner, soft mattress which causes backache, only 2 car parking so you have to be ready for any time call for changing position of your car in parking, good cleanness, good android tv-fridge- kettle

Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

The room was very clean and neat. Also, the staff was very co operative and helpful. They guided us well and helped us in the stay. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Would recommend this to others.

No queen/king bed offered while the stay had those facilities. After check-in, dirty linen and pillow with hairs all around (used uncleared rooms were offered) toilet was dirty with urine sprinkle on the floor. Also, manager had told that breakfast was made complimentary for our stay (booked for
w/o breakfast plan, but on the next day morning they said it is chargeable. Pathetic service and place in vadodara city.
