Fantastic get away close to Baroda. Very professional and courteous staff. Breakfast mind blowing. Rooms are well appointed with fridge :) Lunch dinner good. Can do with some more varieties. But a must visit place.

We recently stayed at this property for a wedding and had a horrible experience doesn’t begin to cover it. The property is quite old. The staff is not trained and are extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. The facilities have degraded. They did not put clean towels after room cleaning. When we asked for towels at night, they said they still don’t have clean towels. They ran out of drinking water bottles. When asked for it, after 1 hour they said we have run out of them and we had to give them our empty bottles and they would fill up water from kitchen and give us. The staff opened our room randomly without our permission. Male staff enters at their whim even though only ladies are in the room. When confronted about the issue Mr Ashok verma house keeping manager and Nikhil thakur front office manager began to shout at us and then when Mr Thakur realised Mr Verma has crossed a line then they started fighting amongst themselves. Their breakfast spread was cold and dry. Sandwiches were stale. I would not recommend this hotel even if they offer you a free stay. The management really needs to pay attention and treat guests better and train the staff thoroughly. If they cant do this, they better shut down the whole property!!
