The hotel is in the city centre so we can easily access the local market. The hotel room was clean and tidy. 24 hrs hot water is available which is good. The view from the balcony is awesome. The staff behaviour is also very helpful. Overall experience is good.

The location is very good and close to vagamon.just 2 kms It has got a small shop which sells basic souvenirs. The service of the staff and owners is best in class . We have five cozy Cottages in the 100 acres of our own land rich with tea, Cardamom, Pepper and Orange plantations. You can experience homely feeling here. There are separate Cottages for both, families and bachelors. You can also enjoy Camp-fire with music in the evenings, in the ground just below the cottage and by the check-dam. You can also have fishing. Families along with children can have thrilling bath in the crystal-clear stream that flows through the bushes. You can freely enjoy the bath without fear or anxiety since it runs through the middle of our vast landscape where outsiders are forbidden to enter. We offer you homely food. Its a nice stay. All tourist places are located nearby. Rooms are clean and neat with 24 hrs hot water. But no compliment breakfast provided. We have to order outside. Also the path for sharon valley is not good.

We stayed here for just a night in the cheapest room available. For the price in vagamon, the room was adequate. Don't have high expectations (for the basic room. If any improvements can be suggested, then the following can be implemented: more privacy with better curtains, instructions on hot water usage/availability, a more comfortable bed, better room lighting and some air fresheners in the bathroom.
