Disappointing Food Quality and Poor Customer Responsiveness I have had one of the worst dining experiences at The Grand Leony Resort in Goa. Since day one, the food quality has been subpar, and despite repeatedly providing feedback, there has been no noticeable improvement. It's disappointing to see such a lack of effort in addressing customer concerns, especially after multiple complaints. The resort management seems completely uninterested in customer feedback and making necessary improvements. This lack of responsiveness made my stay unpleasant and frustrating. I would not recommend this resort if you're expecting good food or service that values your opinion.
