We had an amazing stay in Goa as a family with two 21-year-olds. Nikk, the mood manager, made it truly special and personal, and took customer experience to a whole new level. We’ve stayed at several hotels in Goa, but this one was by far the best. It’s an experience you need to see for yourself.

We had an excellent stay at W Goa Resort recently. The hospitality was impeccable starting from arranging airport pickups. We were delighted to be upgraded to a stunning sea-facing villa, which truly elevated our experience. The villa was spacious, luxurious, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean—a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The resort’s location is unbeatable, with easy accessibility to Vagator beach. Sunset at the Rockpool bar is an unforgettable experience. What really stood out, however, was the attentiveness of the staff. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was accommodating special requests or providing local tips, their dedication was evident. Special shoutout to Sahiba, Nikhil, Suraj and everyone at the Kitchen Table and Spice Trade for taking such good care of us. W Goa Resort is a gem, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable stay. Highly recommended!

W Goa was a bedazzling experience in all ways- service, ambience, food and music. We had a drink and few appetisers at the Rock pool area, for a friend’s birthday in Dec 2024. She really felt special with the birthday cake and the birthday song they sang for her. Special mention to Sourabh for his flawless service, great attitude and brilliant hospitality. Thank you Sourabh and team, for this experience.
