Four Seasons Resort Vail

We had a great time. The ski concierge made ski rental very easy. Love the bars and restaurants. The in room fireplace and the hot tubs were our fave.

The Four Seasons Vail stands up to its reputation. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we received the royal treatment. Staff arrange our personal items and ensured our room was tidy and organized. The resort is beautiful and the food is exception. Fantastic location in the heart of Vail. I can't recommend this resort highly enough!

Check in was great! Off to a good start. Shower backed up a little which was annoying… teen room full of mattresses. Had drinks on the incredible patio and Alexis was amazing!! What a joy she was to talk with. Unfortunately she was the only one who was nice to us. Hostess treated us like we didn’t belong there. Pool bar closes early and won’t bring you a coors light without a huge tip. $100 will get it done. Without that, sorry. Overall I don’t understand this place and how they got a Michelin key. We have stayed at many high-end hotels and though the location is great, service was horrible.

Our second stay here and it was great as always. A lot more was open since COVID times and the refresh of the various rooms and facilities was very well done. Upgraded at check-in due to booking with Amex FHR to a nice pool mountain view room. Was really happy they do not have a pet fee like so many other resorts in the area, they even provided beds and bowls which was a nice touch. Staff at breakfast was phenomenal, seriously every single of them from the host, to waitress, to busser...all engaged in great conversation and made us really feel they wanted us to be here and to enjoy our time. The menu itself was fantastic and had some local type dishes we've never had before, all of it extremely tasty. The OJ had to be the best we ever had! Late 4pm checkout was the cherry on top as it allowed us to enjoy the hotel to the max extent possible and completely avoid the mess of I-70E on a holiday weekend. Valet was also able to charge our car up which helped save us so much time on the way home. Will definitely be back!

Housekeeping was lacking and rude. Hotel restaurant floor was terrible and desperately needed a good cleaning.

We skied in Vail for the first time and stayed at the Four Seasons. We had adjoining rooms for our family of four, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and quiet. Their main restaurant Remedy was outstanding! The staff was so nice and accommodating, anticipating needs, and assistance was with a servant’s heart. The biggest kudos goes to their ski concierge service at the base of the gondola, where their service was exceptional with all our gear and even with food and hot drinks to get us going, and up on the mountain in an efficient manner, and meet us at the snow’s edge at the end of the day to help with skis and equipment. Expensive, yes but worth every penny.

We stay at the Four Seasons whenever we have the opportunity to travel. This was the 5th time we stayed at this resort. The residential suites are very comfortable for a family or large group. We highly recommend staying at this Four Seasons Resort. The staff and housekeeping go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

No elk chili to room. No decent selection of local bars. Staff diligent but failed on several essential requests.
