A very tired hotel under staffed with a great location. Unlike the Brussels that was amazingly priced for quality this is a far too expensive option for what you get. I would rather spend a few euros more per night for a better hotel.

The hotel was in the perfect location for skiing and the facilities in the hotel were great. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were all very friendly. The swimming pool in the spa was fantastic for relaxing in after a days skiing. My only small criticism was that the rooms were not quite as nice as I expected from the photos on the website but it was still a nice room and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Overall a great hotel and would recommend going there again even though it was expensive it is what you would expect in Val D'isere.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the resort. Close to all the local amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous spa and food was delicious (we were half board). Lovely breakfast spread. Evening menu was small but daily specials were lovely. Their soups are the best I’ve ever had. Rooms were a decent size with all the facilities you need.

If you're in Val D'Isere this is a great option. The hotel is modern, comfortable rooms, lovely bar/lounge area and good restaurants. Very much enjoyed the pool too. The staff are very friendly and engaging. Great choice if you're skiing as very close to the lift area. Haven't enjoyed staying in a hotel as much as this in a while.

Overall a nice hotel to stay at in a very good location close to the slopes and lifts onto the mountain. The room we stayed in was ok however some of the furniture was chipped / damaged and the walls had unsightly marks and stains on them which I wouldn’t expect in a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful stay for a luxurious feeling at the ski resort. No complaints. Breakfast was absolutely stunning. Rooms were well organized and very clean. I would easily stay here again. The price felt high but for the experience it was well worth it. The entire town was walkable but this was super close to everything.

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein coeur du vieux village de Val d'Isère, donnant un accès direct aux commerces, restaurants mais également aux pistes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nos bagages et notre voiture ont été immédiatement pris en charge. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable petit bémol éventuellement sur les banquettes qui mériteraient un petit rafraichissement, très belle salle de bain avec de beaux produits proposés. Coin café et mini bar très apprécié mais dommage qu'il n'ait pas été rempli régulièrement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et avec un choix très varié de bons produits (locaux pour la plupart je pense). Nous avons testé de manger et de goûter au Jack, très bon également. Le SPA est beau et agréable malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu de chance, une pièce de la piscine était cassée les jours où nous sommes venus et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine chauffée. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine étant donné que je suis enceinte et donc que je ne peux pas skier... Merci aux deux jeunes-filles très agréables de l'accueil qui ont fait remonter notre situation, la Direction a été aux petits soins et nous a offert des produits du spa pour compenser ce désagrément ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'Aigle des Neiges et reviendrons sans hésitation

The Aigle de Neige is a pretty good choice, being close to the slopes and well-run. The restaurant offers a good choice of well-presented dishes, the bar is welcoming (if expensive) and the staff are unfailingly pleasant and polite. Room location (as I suspect with other hotels in Val) is critical to how noisy or quiet your stay will be. This was our second visit, and we may well return, but I am not sure that I would rent my equipment from the SkiSet in the hotel again. The staff are lovely, but I think a wider choice of better equipment may be available in the many stores nearby.

The front desk and management were not good at all. My friend had someone ski into him on the second day that fractured his pelvis. The management never s-Ike to him. Nor would they refund any of the unused but prepared days when I had to take him back to London early as he was in very bad pain. The management has changed and the place is now very cheaply run.
