I have stayed in this place many times, and my avaliation was ok. But this is the last time, for sure!!! They did not tell customers they are remodeling the place by the moment of reservation… I arrived here and found a place full of dust… The breakfast is horrible, with dirty dishes from renovation dust (disgusting). There are just very few options for food that they don't replace. Just today I saw the empty chocolate croissant basket and asked for more. Then the waiter shook the basket until a tiny roll landed on my plate… They don't even have mineral water to offer / sell to guests. HORRIBLE!! Total disrespect with guests.

Last Thursday 15//12/2022 I suffered the worst hotel experience of my entire life, I wouldn't wish it on any human being. And yes, I'm venting because the hotel chain Hotel B&B HOTEL Cergy Saint Christophe treated me miserably. I was assigned to a project in Paris, and I was traveling from Berlin. My flight was arriving at 23:30. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and tried to pay with the digital debit card assigned by my company, Hotel B&B informs me that I don't need to pay in advance that I will pay at the hotel. Then, by messaging them I told them that my card is a digital debit card, and I ask if that would be a problem on my arrival. No one ever responded and I decide to travel. Then, I find myself two days later, at 0:40 in an industrial zone at -5°C with a thermal sensation of -8°C, the taxi drops me off and I realize that there is nothing around the hotel. There began all my tragedy, there was no reception or staff, only an automatic machine which asked me to pay everything with a physical credit card. Right next to the machine is an emergency button to call the hotel staff, I called by pressing the button, and I was answered by the most ruthless person in the world. Grossly he said ”I can't do anything for you, credit card or nothing”, I insisted explaining, grossly he said - ”Don't you understand? I insisted explaining, he rudely said ”-Don't you understand, credit card or nothing, otherwise you must leave, because I can't open the door for you”. I panicked when I tried to ask for an Uber back to the center of Paris and realized that no Uber would come because the area is so remote. I called again and begged him to at least let me go to the reception that I was freezing to death, that when I found a taxi I would go. Indifferent he said ”it's not my problem, I can't talk to you anymore because I have to talk to other callers”. After calming down myself and, after 45 minutes in the bitter cold, I tried the machine again with my personal debit card and was approved for one night only. So I managed to get into my room. The next day, I cancelled my entire reservation for the next days at the reception and I checked out of that hotel. Well, the last straw, 3 days after I checked out my email and the hotel charged my stay for 7 days to the digital card of my company... The worst manager of a hotel attended me, and promised to give me my money back. He does not do it in the time he promised and I went back to the hotel directly to solve this problem. The manager didn't even say good morning, and yelled at me ”what the hell are you doing here?, I told you I was going to solve it... Then we argued, I kept calm, he gave me a refund invoice, and told me it's not the hotel's fault that you arrive at night. It was all your fault, here is your bill. Au revoir!!! How can you Hotel B&B hire such persons to work in hospitality? and how can you Hotel B&B let them abuse and humiliate your customers?

So this is a brand new hotel which boasts 4 stars. Sadly much of the amenities have been added just to get the rating. The gym is non existent. It is a fitness room. There are no weights or weight machines at all just cardio machines. The machines are of low quality and suitable for home gym use. There are no exercise mats, no benches just cardio bikes , 2 x rowers and 3 times running machines. (No body uses these as they seem dangerous to use) further more the exercise room is stifling with heat. There is no aircon, no chilled water and even a tv with no remote so it's never been on. Very disappointed with the whole thing. The pool is covered in a plastic housing and it's like a green house. A few chairs within the greenhouse but nothing to sit outside. The bedroom are fine, but not cleaned daily as suggested. They make the bed and leave. That's it. No replacement coffee, not hoovered for days and towels changed occasionally. Breakfast is fine but the coffee not great. The bar is expensive. 10euros for a large beer. They advertise cheaper but that brand has not been available just the 10euro one so we avoid it. WiFi has been intermittent in the rooms. Plenty of car parking and it's on an industrial estate although there is a bar next door that opens daily for lunch and Friday and sat evening only.

GGuest UserAfter reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about this new hotel. However, it obvious the Manager has read the reviews and taken control of the issues. I took the train to CDG and was only going to have one day in Paris before my flight home. I decided to stay near the airport and go into Paris by RER for the day. This was the perfect hotel! When I arrived at CDG, I got my luggage and took the CDGVal shuttle to Parking PR, a 5 minute or less ride and leaves the airport every 3 minutes. When I exited the shuttle, it was a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel. You can't miss it. It's a big RED and ORANGE building. It's connected to the Residence Inn. When you get to the Residence Inn, just walk past and the Courtyard entrance is immediately there. There are signs and the navigation on my phone also worked perfectly. I had checked in online and indicated I would arrive at 11:30 am. I expected to store my luggage at the hotel but to my surprise, the front desk staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and said they had my room ready. I received my keys, dropped my luggage, freshened up and took the CDGVal back to Terminal 2 to catch the RER to Paris. I spend the day and had dinner in Paris. I returned to the hotel around 11:00 pm to again be welcomed to the hotel. It was by far best hotel staff I encountered on this trip. The next morning, I only needed to drop by key to check out. I had a 9:00 am flight and left my room at 6:00 am. I was at the airport by 6:15 and had checked my luggage and cleared immigration and security by 7:15. Duty Free had not even opened. When only passing through CDG for flights, I would no hesitate to stay here again. I only saw one issue and it was very minor. The carpets were not firm in the hall way so it was hard to pull my luggage with wheels.
GGuest UserGreat Service. Front Desk Claire gave a warm welcome to me when I first been to Paris. Really appreciate that. Nice environment for the hotel. Will visit again.
JJawnzyThe location right by the airport made it easy to catch my connecting flight without any stress. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this airport hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay during their travels.
GGuest UserIt was a good experience except that the sheets were washed in a very toxic and strong laundry soap that kept me awake. Please consider using scent free soap for the linens. It dmelled so strong that I coughed.
I loved the gym too.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserPlease carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.
ИИрина СStopped for 1 night, chose as the nearest hotel to the airport to catch the flight in the morning. Depressed grey design, dirty carpets at the entrance, staff not wearing badge. The respiratory rooms were confused, our friends gave the key to the busy room, well that the guests we woke up (we settled at 1 hour of the night) closed the door to the chain. Our room was e-chaiter, stove, refrigerator. The designer was probably with a good sense of humor because between the sandwich and the head of the bed instead of the wall a big transparent window! It can be closed with a curtain, but! The curtain is located on the side of the room, that is, only the person in the room decides to close them or open))) is not much if you sleep a little bit, when the light is on in the toilet, the feeling that the light is on in the room above your head. The interior is scratched, scratched on the floor, table, windows go out to the parking and they are very dirty. No soap and shower hat, e. the soots are uncomfortable and they are few, part is located in the floor itself, there is over the e. the stove, but there is no bed. Breakfast is scarce, cruissant, toasts, jam, cheese, sausage, surprised plastic devices! In general, the hotel creates the impression of uncomfortable and unpleasant, one night can be stayed, but there is no desire to return here.
佛佛系旅者The real room is better than the one in the photo, because I stayed there for one night and got on the plane, so it’s still pretty good.
We just checked in at night, so we had dinner there. They said they had a welcome drink. When we asked about the drink, the waiter there didn't speak English, but he pretended to understand what we said in English, which caused a misunderstanding. When placing the order, I was asked twice if this was the Welcome drink? She quickly smiled and said Yes, Ok, no problem, and in the end we had to pay for the drinks we ordered. When we finally called the manager to resolve the misunderstanding, they initially said it was our problem, and that Common Sense would not provide drinks on the menu, and that we all have trained staff. Really OMG, the service really has a lot of room for improvement.
Although I know that when you go to a different country, you really need to learn their local language, but I think that in a hotel next to the airport, which is also an international city, the employees must have basic English speaking skills and be able to receive international tourists.
The hotel room is clean and tidy, as long as you don't go to the restaurant, communication can't be done, and it feels uncomfortable to have to pay in the end.
KKleber ContiniThe hotel means whats is to be meant. They hold an antique furniture which we think it's nice.
The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before.
The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses.
The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip.
One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service.
The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.
