This place is amazing in all regards. Top location run by professionals with passion (Mr Vogt and team - well done!) Located in a beautiful small village, literally next to the ski slopes, it got everything you want, need and possibly can imagine for a family with kids. Friendly and attentive staff and manager throughout our stay. The rooms / suite is spacious, super clean and well decorated. Beware of quite dry air during winter times, that‘s usual and you can easily help yourself by venting windows regularly. The Capricorn restaurant is a culinary delight, nice menu and great wine list. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality of food and the presentation of the dishes is on a very high level. There are two play rooms for kids including programme and staff. Lots of Lego, obviously, and great to spend time with kids or let kids alone with the kidscare staff. SPA is very nice, small but right sized for the location and in high quality. Be sure to book well in advance. Parking and general amenities such as Ski and Storage room are perfect. All in all, highly worth it and a place we have been coming back in just few months. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a memorable stay.

We were here on a big family trip. While the location/scenery of the hotel is beautiful, the hotel falls short on so many things, such as food, wellness, service and guest service. I got food poisoned, the service was more like a 2 star hotel and the wellness area is a simple joke (e.g. they don‘t provide slippers unless you pay for it at t a 4 star wellness resort)! I am certainly not a high maintenance guy, but the food was so bad and at the same time pricey so you would expect a lot more and certainly not that you get food poisoned. And the management is just overwhelmed and handles simple situations just wrong!

Wunderschöne Auszeit mit der Familie mit gutem Essen und toller Entspannung. Bereits zum zweiten mal, waren wir als Familie im Valbella. Nicht nur mir und meiner Frau hat es sehr gut gefallen sondern auch unsere Kinder (2.5 & 4) waren hell auf begeistert.

Super Hotel
Es war alles super. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten beim Zimmer, mega Toll, danke. Das Frühstück Buffet und der Wellness Bereich war super. Mehr haben wir nicht genuzt.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem tollen Resort super nettes Personal schöne Zimmer traumhaftes Frühstück und Abendessen. Es hat für Pärchen aber auch für Familien ein tolles Angebot. Unsere Kind war mit dem Kids Club so happy und wir konnten den schönen Wellnessbereich geniessen. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und den Wald. Ein grosses Dankeschön ans ganze Valbella Team welche uns den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht haben.
