Le foto presentano un hotel migliore della realtà, le stanze superior vista mare sono talmente piccole che non vi è spazio per aprire due trolley, gli arredi sono tipo Ikea , il prezzo non è quindi adeguato, il personale non ha alcuna autonomia anche se è cortese, mentre il direttore o propietario non è sempre presente. In piscina si deve fare la fila xchè c'è un unica doccia. Il parcheggio auto è assolato, la reception si raggiunge dopo avere fatto scale con i bagagli ed è anch'essa piccola tant'è che ho dovuto aspettare sotto il sole con il cane prima di potete entrare, poiché vi erano altri clienti. Nessuna possibilità di avere una cambio stanza più comoda. Per il ristorante farò un altro commento. L'unica cosa molto bella è la vista sul golfo di monte Cofano.

Struttura incantevole con una vista straordinaria ,personale cordiale e professionale , una vera eccellenza anche nella degustazione di piatti tipici Siciliani .Impossibile pensare di non ritornare in un resort del genere visitando la Sicilia.

tutto bellissimo, nuovo , ben organizzato ... centro benessere eccellente, massaggi ottimi, tuttavia : mi è mancato a colazione assaggiare dei prodotti tipici e mi è dispiaciuto trovare come bevande solo due possibilità e neanche troppo appetibili...mancava per esempio una bella spremuta di arance.... in Sicilia!!!!; al bagno mancavano tante piccole cose che contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno più piacevole.. cuffia per la doccia (per fortuna avevo la mia) , bastoncini per le orecchie etc...(c'erano solo saponi... neanche il bicchiere per gli spazzolini...) ; infine non ho ben capito la differenza tra camera deluxe e le altre... solo la vista mare col balconcino?

Horrifying experience with bed bugs, stains on sheets,vey poor cleaning with dead bugs. Left with no reimbursment at night to not stay in this hotel. You can dream to have a refund or even a « sorry ». You must avoid this place at all costs this hotel is a scam

Posto molto accogliente con personale molto professionale e disponibile già dal ricevimento con Giampaolo e Giuliana che fanno di tutto per soddisfare le tue richieste. Il personale della SPA molto professionale e gentile, come anche quello della ristorazione con ottimo cibo e una vasta esposizione di ottimi vini. Posso solo ringraziare tutto lo staff, e consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Grazie mille.

Ich bekam ein Upgrade auf eine 2 Zimmer Suite. Die Anlage mit dem Pool (leider zur Zeit noch zu kühl) und der Ausblick sind klasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet für italienische Verhältnisse hervorragend. War auf der Durchreise, daher nur 1 Nacht

Di passaggio cercavamo un albergo vedendo le recensioni decidiamo in questo resort un po' complicato ad arrivare ma struttura bellissima con vista mozzafiato un po' difficoltoso con i bagagli servizio gentile e disponibile colazione buona camera ampia con vista, peccato che siamo rimasti solo un giorno
