El hotel es correcto en general, pero le faltan algunos detalles como nevera en la habitación (con el calor que hacía imprescindible). Recepción solo hasta las 23 horas, el desayuno justito, justito. El personal con muy poca experiencia.

Gutes, komfortables Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt von Valderrobres, die man in 10 Minuten Fuß erreicht. Allerdings muss man ein Stück an der Seite der Autos der Straße entlang gehen. Hotel ist in guter Zustand, Frühstück und Restaurant-Service sind auch gut. Ziemlich laut wurde der Lüfter im Badezimmer (man kann ihn nicht ausschalten). Vom Hotel aus erreicht man leicht den Weg zu anderen schönen Dörfern in der Nähe bzw. viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung.

El hotel por fuera no se ve mal, pero cuando entras a las habitaciones, empiezan las sorpresas. Mal olor, como a cable quemado, polvo por todos los sitios, las habitaciones sin barrer. He de decir que íbamos tres parejas y las tres habitaciones estaban iguales, pero esto no es todo, las toallas estaban muy bien dobladas encima de las camas, pero cuando ibas a cogerlas para utilizarlas, sorpresa!!!, sucias completamente. Los colchones fatal y por debajo de la cama, el somier se caía a trozos. Vamos, todo un despropósito y después de decirlo en recepción y llevar una toalla como prueba, lo único que han dicho es que avisarían a las de la limpieza, pero solución ninguna. Por el precio de la habitación hay mejores opciones por la zona. No volveremos. Y como prueba, aquí dejo algunas fotos.

Nos hospedamos mi pareja y yo durante 3 noches y nuestra valoración es la siguiente. La habitación es tal y como se enseña en las fotos excepto que el papel de las paredes se cae y el colchón es bastante incomodo. El baño se debe decir que es bastante espacioso y la limpieza en general no hay ninguna queja. Nunca nos indicaron de la clave wifi y la televisión no funcionaba correctamente. El desayuno muy precario, varias quejas de los clientes de que faltaba alguna cosa siempre. El personal descuidado y poco proactivo, parecía que les daba “pereza” estar ahí. En cuanto a la recepción, el check in fue correcto, aunque no nos dieron ni la clave del wifi ni nos explicaron que había un menú para comer y cenar en el restaurante. En conclusión, la experiencia no fue mala, pero el precio de la habitación es excesivo para la calidad del servicio.

Un hotel que te cobra el dia o los días reservados nada más llegar a la recepcion. Jamas me han cobrado en ningún hotel antes.No está en el mismo pueblo de Villarrobredo sino a 10 minutos andando. Y otros detalles negativos innumerables.No volveremos.
