A studio with everything you need, the common room is very nice and spacious, despite being in the center, the room was a very quiet place and you could sleep perfectly.

Location is superb! It’s within 5-10min walking distance from all the major historical landmarks of the city. It’s more of a self-service hostel, very spacious room with new amenities. There is washing machine and you can iron your clothes with the iron and ironing board provided. The only thing to note is that reception only opens during 9am to 7pm, so I’m not sure how someone would check-in if they arrive very early or very late.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza in questo appartamento situato proprio nel centro della città vecchia , Barrio del Carmen . Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo , l’alloggio nuovo e pulitissimo e super accessoriato . Ma la cosa più bella è la posizione . Noi abbiamo affittato delle biciclette per poterci muovere in tutta la città , ma la sera uscivamo a piedi ….. sei a pochi metri dal centro , vicino alla bellissima piazza della Vergine , alla cattedrale del sagro graal e a qualche passo in più dal bellissimo quartiere dello shopping di Rufaza. Consiglio València e anche Fetén

Very very nice apartment on the 3rd floor, ultra comfortable king size bed, huge bathroom, very well equipped kitchen, living room and large TV. 2 French windows overlooking the street with mini balcony.
Only drawbacks: the noise from the very busy street despite the double glazing and the quality of the sofa bed mattress (continuous creaking + discomfort): too bad. A large living room is available if you have to wait before or after returning the room.
Overall very good stay! Especially ideally well located !!!
