The room is relatively clean. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. It is not far from China Town. It has basic facilities and the service is okay. The air conditioning is good.

The room is very new and relatively large. It is a two-bedroom apartment with complete facilities. It is more than 200 meters away from the subway. There are many ancient scenic spots within walking distance. I will stay here again next time.

I have stayed here for 10 days in a row, and it changes a lot during the holidays.

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment and was told that adding a child would cost me an extra 60 euros. It was a money grab.

The room we stayed in has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room plus a kitchen, a washing machine on the balcony, and 4 people. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc. You need to bring your own mineral water. If you live for more than three days, you also need to buy washing powder, toilet paper, etc., and you have to do your own hygiene. The soundproofing is not good. The children in the next room can hear clearly if they make a noise. There is no ventilating fan in the main bathroom, so it is often wet. The location is very good, very close to the two railway stations, only ten minutes walk to the city center, and the subway station is not far away.

These apartments are in a good location for getting into and around Valencia. We had two three bedroomed ones which was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with decent bathrooms and lots of mirrors. My only gripe wad having just one lift as there was a lot of stairs.

We were surprised how lovely this flat was. Really spacious, lots of storage, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Towels very fluffy. Beds comfy (although only one pillow each). Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Valencia.

Perfect location for exploring Valencia - 20 mins walk from old town, 10 from bars and restaurants. Well equipped, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Wifi didn’t stretch to bedrooms but great in lounge. Felt very secure. Some noise from neighbours but not enough to bother us. Supermarket and fruit shop snd bakery nearby along with cafe etc. Very close to metro and bus stops too - 20 euros in cab from airport. We booked with *********** and flawless throughout as we’ve come to expect

We have rented a penthouse. Excellent dimensions and furnishings. Kitchen equipment available. We find the equipment in terms of knives, pans, etc. to be far too limited for cooking ourselves. Apartment should be better equipped in our opinion. Bathrooms were fine, although the washbasin in one bathroom certainly needed to be replaced (wood rot). Water pressure was too low several times during our week, which meant that the geyser did not turn on. Maintenance could be a notch higher. Reception reception was good and very friendly. Conclusion: some points for improvement, but an excellent base for visits to Valencia by bike (15 minutes to the center)

Simply spectacular, an apartment, very spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, newly renovated, all furnished in Ikea but with good taste, really in a good position for the center and various places, really compliments

We booked an attic in this building as we had left a hotel in the center that did not meet our expectations. The apartment is very nice, with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and an attic where there was another bed. Complete with everything, two bathrooms, one of which without a bidet. Towels are changed for a fee at a cost of 4 euros per person. Very comfortable wardrobes. Below the hotel there is a supermarket where you can do your shopping. Distance from the center 10/15 minutes on foot. By taxi about 7 euros.
