Hotel is lovely, breakfast is nice, good location

Good location. Room and service were ok. Unusually late check in hour at 4pm (which I knew when I booked).

I originally chose the hall after seeing the environment. Indeed, the hall is very atmospheric. That is, because of the passage of time, the room layout and room facilities have returned to a long time ago. At least I don't like the bedding. The hardness of the synthetic fiber makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a good location, only ten minutes' drive from the city center and the seaside.

Incredible experience, I recommend it, it was a gift from my children and the truth is that I would definitely go again, everything was fine.

The location is very good. The room is not big but clean and tidy. There is a fee for parking.

Everything is great. They let us check in before 3:00 p.m.

Very good hotel. Our room was renovated and it was a superior one, but you could see areas like the pool and its accesses that are old. overall very happy

Nothing wrong except expensive

We paid a premium room, room size is good, comfortable. Shower had a problem, water would not stay on, need to press the switch valve button continuously with one hand in order to have water, maintenance eventually fixed it. Most TV channels don't work, one remote was not functioning, channel guide button and list button did not respond or function. Hotel staffs were less than friendly. ******* might have mixed up regarding our booking but the hotel did not assist in anyways to resolve the problem. Paying a premium price for the one bedroom suitable that did not even have a bath tub. One and only restaurant was fully booked and we couldn't have dinner in the hotel. Other outside restaurants are distant away and we had to walk in the rain to get there. Parking ticket had a problem, hotel staff did not give clear enough of directions. Hotel amenities are very deficient. Dissatisfied, will not stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location for local attractions and a 20 minute walk into the city centre with good transport links. Hotel in good order and staff friendly. Breakfast one of the best I've had in respect of quality and choice of a continental type.

Hotel is convinently located, within walking distance to Oceanogràfic and metro station. Bus stop is just outside and bus can take you to the city centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The only small thing is that the air conditioning was a bit too loud for me, but overall I would definitely stay there again.
