The hotel is right at the old town, very close to the metro, Renfe Station, and the bus stations. Most of valencias attractions in the old town is just walking distane. The bus stop to valncias opera house is just around the corner. The room we got is very clean but does not have fridge and the internet signal is very low. However, the free breakfast provided by hotel compensate it all.

Clean, comfortable, and modest hotel with quirky charm! Excellent location and friendly staff. Great quality for the price, including an excellent breakfast buffet.

Location 10/10, good for a one or two night stay. Rooms are well equipped however the walls are very thin. Heard the neighbor snoring. Quite inefficient that you cannot turn the airconditioning on yourself. Overall decent place, friendly staff, room for improvement on isolation.

This is an older hotel. It seems they converted half a staircase into an elevator, which is tiny and can only fit two people. The room is also small, and the facilities are a bit dated, very retro. The bedside lamp is quite dangerous; you could easily hit it when sitting up in bed. The front desk staff, however, was very enthusiastic. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered them warmly, even pulling out a map to mark things. Breakfast was also decent. But the location is superb, right in the city center. It's only about 100-200 meters from the North Station for trains or the subway, which is very convenient.

The hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of cafes just outside of the hotel. It is also within walking distance to all the tourists attractions in Valencia. The service staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is nicely decorated (a bit nostalgic) and the theme of my room is”Gone with the Wind”. Given the location and service offered, this hotel is definitely of good value for money.
