Watch out because they are trying to get extra money out of youre pocket to get an upgrade. Once they have there money the information about the extra’s are not so important to them. Afterwards the hotel wants to get out by saying sorry for youre unconveniats.. the level upgrade??

Good and new

Not exactly a central location but it’s easy to reach the center by feet or with a bus. Rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast was great as well. It was quite packed while we stayed there but it was pretty good nevertheless!

I was woken up by the party next door to the connecting room at 3 am. I went to the front desk to negotiate a room change. The front desk lied that I booked a high-level room and could not change to a low-level room. They also said that this room type does not have non-connecting rooms, and I can only change to another connecting room. They also said that it was 3 am now, and the new neighbor next door should be asleep, not every neighbor of the connecting room has a party. I packed my luggage at 3am and moved to a new room. I found that my neighbor was coughing all the time. The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate. The front desk refused to change the room to a non-connecting room. Finally, I complained to Melia headquarters and the front desk arranged a normal room for me. This hotel is speechless. I am very disappointed with Melia's service. If you are in a noise-sensitive area, don't choose the Supreme Room.

The location and room of the hotel are good, but the faucet in the shower room only has a handheld shower head 🚿, and the water is a bit small.
