Je suis vraiment mécontent de la réception car j’y séjourne actuellement du 30 juin au 5 juillet avec mon fils et j’ai demandé après mon arrivée à avoir une chambre pour la famille car ma femme et mon deuxième fils viendront. La réception m’a indiqué que la junior suite était libre du 6-10 juillet, mais pour le 5 juillet je pouvais avoir deux chambres. J’ai demandé s’il pourrait regarder s’il avait encore des chambres aussi pour le 10 et 11 juillet. Il m’a dit qu’il me préviendrait. Je vais manger et je reviens et la réception me dit qu’il a loué la junior suite le samedi à quelqu’un d’autre. Je trouve inacceptable et alors que je chercherais juste à prolonger le séjour pour le 10 et le 11 juillet, il a loué la junior suite sachant que je voulais prolonger mon séjour et que j’étais juste à côté dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. C’est inacceptable et incompréhensible. Je me retrouve donc sans chambre pour le 6 juillet alors que je cherchais une chambre pour le 10 et le 11 juillet!!! Je trouve qu’il n’y a pas de considération pour le client.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción es increíble, tanto en el check in, como en el check out, así como a la hora de llevar y recoger maletas. En cualquier necesidad se esfuerzan al máximo. La calidad del servicio de desayuno es sobresaliente, teniendo productos locales y regionales que es de agradecer, ya que no todos los Paradores disponen de ello. La comodidad de la habitación y de las camas muy buena. Disponen de uso de cafetera y tetera, que es de agradecer que haya en la habitación. Como punto a mejorar: se agradecería la sustitución de las bañeras por platos de ducha. Sobre la cafetería: si bien los platos estaban muy bien preparados, el personal era muy despistado. Explico por qué. Solicitamos manteles individuales para la mesa pero nos dijeron que no había... qué curioso que a comensales que vinieron después sí se los ponían. Solicitamos un bote de mahonesa para la hamburguesa que nunca llegó, así como la carta de postres... que tampoco llegó. Y la hora de la cuenta, estaba mal, así que tuvieron que rehacerla de nuevo. Deberían tener en cuenta estos detalles que hacen que se empañe la experiencia en el parador.

Everything was from very good to excellent but there was 1 very disturbing experience. Every night we had to kill a lot of mosquito's otherwise my wife couldn't sleep. Unfortunately that was only partly successful.

Très bel architecture contemporaine, lumineuse et chaleureuses, dans un parc protégé face à la mer. Un bar et un restaurant avec une carte de plats régionaux, idéal pour cette escale. Le personnel attentif, discret, toujours très aimable.

Overall a very good modern Paradore that was let down by the check in experience and having to pay for breakfast separately. The facilities are excellent, particularly if you are a golfer. The Paradore is set within a nature reserve but that means it is a drive to alternative places to eat. The staff were friendly and the rooms very modern and comfortable with walk in showers in the bathrooms. It’ proximity to Valencia (20 minutes drive) is also a plus.

Cuando llegas al Parador, te sorprendes del paraje en el que está construido, sin embargo tiene una mala gestión por parte del director de recepción, lo cual hace que la estancia sea decepcionante.
