Great location. Room is clean and large. Refrigerator and microwave are free to use. The only negative thing is that it's noisy next door at midnight.

We loved our stay here.
The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great.
We were given a warm welcome and it was great having access to a fridge to store some beer and wine.
The location was excellent for sightseeing and for restaurants and bars.

It was a very lovely stay. The staff were amazing and very sweet. The room was absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and traditional decor. Our room has a balcony that look right on to a nice street. The best part is the location; it was right in the centre and everywhere you want to visit is walking distance. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Valencia.

B&B davvero eccezionale! La camera era bellissima, pulita ed enorme. La posizione è super comoda, in pieno centro, accanto a Plaza de la Reina. Ci sono un frigo, un bollitore e un microonde a disposizione degli ospiti nella zona comune. Il ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolti (Sergio) è stato super simpatico e disponibile. Consigliato!

Much more a B&B or AirBnB. Location was excellent. The staff was great and informative about sights to see for a 1 full day visit.

Un appartement magnifique aménagé avec goût, raffinement et amour dans les tons bleus et turquoise. Chaque détail a été pensé. Chambres superbes: spacieuses, belles, fraîches, très bien aménagées ( air co impeccable); Nettoyage effectué chaque jour. Localisation idéale: au centre du centre, et au calme. Délicieux restos tout près.Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé par Africa et Sergio. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui tient sa promesse. Tout y est impeccable.

Convenient to Valencia sights – gorgeous historic room and excellent breakfast prepared daily We stayed here 2 nights in mid-April 2024 in the La Xerea room – double bed, wardrobe, original tile floor, two balconies, plaster ceiling. Unique, historic building and this room was awesome. Room for two suitcases. Used an entry code to access building (good security). Great WiFi. Elevator to upper floors. Comfy beds that had a top sheet, not just a heavy comforter. Owner (Africa) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast selection varied each day (not a buffet), prepared to order and quality quite good. One day we had an omelette in a pita pocket. Another day we had croissants with ham and cheese. Fresh fruit plus tea and coffee each day. If you have a rental car, you will need to park in a public underground garage several blocks away, then walk to the room. Not far and not up any hills. Part of the charm of staying in the historic district.
