WiFi not working. Breakfast taste not good enough. Nobody there could help at all.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go to the City of Science and Art. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly. Rodrigo, the front desk staff, is very nice. Highly recommended!

Very attentive and friendly staff, with good facilities and good location

Family parent-child recommended hotel. Stayed one more night because I liked it. It is within walking distance to the Ocean Aquarium of the Science and Technology Museum. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around, and the service is also very good.

Great hotel near the museums and park. City and beach both easily accessible by bus or a 40 minute walk through the park. Breakfast lovely, staff great. Only fault is that there is no kettle in the room.

A primary interest in this property was the swimming pool and fitness facility. Both were disappointing, as the fitness room had several stationary bikes and one weight machine and the swimming pool was not heated and practically unusable.

Again a great stay at this good hotel. Good location in Valencia

Slightly outdated feel but it grew on me. Some unpleasant breakfast options but still plenty of good ones! I enjoyed my morning breakfast, lounging by pool, and stretching in the solarium terrace. Super convenient location. Felt very safe.

The staff can not be faulted: they were very efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping right next door, yet it's calm and quiet too.... breakfast was fantastic .. would definitely stay again and would recommend it without a doubt

Fantastic location, with restaurants, shopping and th aquarium nearby. Excellent breakfast provision with a nice pool. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English also.

Stayed 3 nights for business/pleasure. Was close to attractions and shopping. Room was clean, comfortable and had aircon and tea & coffee making facilities as well as A small fridge. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
