We tried the hotel's spa and massage as a couple for my birthday and it was a real relaxing break. welcoming staff, clean and peaceful place in the city center. We enjoyed the spa area with the hydromassage jets and special mentions for the massage part with Belen and Jose and their magical fingers. I highly recommend this place.

Menú del restaurante excelente al igual que el servicio, el cual pendiente de todo detalle. Ambiente tranquilo. Todo muy limpio.Los platos de la carta buenísimos. Utensilios de presentación peculiares, me encantó como presentaron algunos platos. Sin duda repetiremos.

This is the only hotel that I would stay at when visiting g Valencia. I am a regular visitor to the country and just simply can’t get enough of it. This hotel is in the centre of Valencia and in easy reach of shops, entertainment and restaurants. Luis and Grace were are bar attendants throughout the stay and these two are amazing. Very accommodating and professional with their knowledge of drinks. They also provided great bar talk. You guys deserve a promotion for your hard work. The breakfast as always was wonderful and I couldn’t remember the gentleman who served us for the breakfast on two days but he was lovely too. All staff were accommodating and the guys at the front desk. Once again thank you for providing us with a lovely stay. Hasta la proxima vez. Nos vemos el año que viene.

The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all the top attractions. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was a garden room and was a little on the dark side....very little natural light...However, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with both bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available but if busy a little chaotic - Overall, I would recommend this hotel...

Hubby and I stayed at this beautiful hotel during our hols in Valencia. I communicated with the hotel regarding airport transfers and restaurants prior to arrival and they have always been very responsive. We were greeted by welcoming staff upon arrival and were allocated a room in the terrace area. Quite a decent room with a huge bathroom and air con of coz. Only drawback is the lack of ability to open windows for some fresh air. We did have a big puddle of water just outside the shower but hotel staff cleaned this up whilst we were dining. The hotel is round the corner of Colon Plaza. Extremely handy for walking distance. Walking to the north station is only 20 mins and then onwards to the old town. It is quite a nice escape from the old town at times. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and literally can’t wait to return

Perfect hotel voor een stedentrip Valencia. 10 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum met mooie bezienswaardigheden. De straat oversteken en je zit in het Turia park, waar je mooi kunt wandelen en er altijd wel wat te beleven is. Metrostation (met directe verbinding naar luchthaven) op 3 minuten loopafstand. Wij hebben bij het hotel fietsen gehuurd (à €15,-) en naar het strand gefietst. In de directe omgeving zijn veel restaurantjes te vinden. Tip: loop naar de wijk Russafa, hier vind je veel leuke, minder toeristische restaurantjes. Het hotel is modern ingericht en alle medewerkers doen er alles aan om je het naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt is meer dan luxe met royale keus aan vers fruit, brood, vruchtensap, koffie, zoetigheid en zelfs een glaasje cava. Ook kan je verse eiergerechten laten maken. De kamer en badkamer zijn ruim en heerlijk schoon en wordt 2x per dag bijgehouden.

Todo ha sido excelente. De las mejores estancias que hemos disfrutado en Valencia. Tienen un área de oportunidad en el tema de las/los jovencitos que están haciendo prácticas. Muchos de ellos no hablan nada de español. Uno esperaría que en un hotel en Valencia, cuando te atienden el teléfono en recepción, puedan entender lo que uno dice en su propio idioma español.
