Konum olarak old town a biraz uzak ama kalabalık gruplar için güzel bir apart.

The room is large and clean. However, one of the water pipes in the bathroom is leaking and needs repair. I want to buy transportation tickets on Sunday. The aunt at the front desk is not professional in this regard. All the cigarette shops around are closed. I should give it. What should I do if I have professional advice? I walked around for half an hour before buying a ticket.

The location is good and the sanitary environment is OK

Very satisfactory clean and comfortable accommodation, outside of the city centre. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

A well equipped* modern apartment in a convenient location for getting to the old town and local transport links. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In a block like this there is inevitably some sounds from neighbours, but it was generally quiet overnight, although traffic noise started from about 7am and people began moving about, but that's to be expected in a city location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again on a return trip to Valencia. *British visitors will be delighted to know that it has an electric kettle!

One day they said no hot water and we were waiting to take a shower until the hot water comes back. This is my first experience in Europe without a hot water for a day.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Maybe it's because every room is tiled but I could hear everything happening around me - at one point the noise was so clear I thought someone was in the room with me.

Our apartment was avarage bit well appointed. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub had a piece missing and covered with rust. Had to be careful while showering so as not to get cut and need an anti-tetanis shot.

Amazing place, great location, price, check in, communication, space. Note: just way too much air freshener smell, had to leave all windows open during the stay. Maybe its a Spain thing to think chemicals air freshener means clean n to cover the terrible cigarette smell.

Very nice place, comfortable, spacious for our family of 3. We stayed for 1 night, nothing to complain about.

Property was good, we rented bikes on site. It is advertised as city center but the historic center is about a 30 minute walk. We got in to our room a couple hours early so that was good after traveling thru the night.

Great property to stay and very convenient location.
