amazing went there 3 years the pool is great and there is a pond 50m away to fish the owner is a great guy and he even gave us wine and other things the only downside is that the wifi is not the best.

L'agriturismo si trova in località Valfabbrica. Si raggiunge grazie ad una bellissima strada bianca sterrata, che attraversa gli incantevoli paesaggi umbri. La strada potrebbe presentare qualche difficoltà se la si affronta con un auto "cittadina" ma nulla di impossibile. L'agriturismo è l'ultimo casale al termine della strada quindi la tranquillità è assicurata. La sera e la notte il silenzio è rotto solo dal canto dei grilli e dei rapaci notturni. Fantastico!! La piscina e' sufficientemente grande per garantirne una ottima fruibilità in tutte le ore di apertura. Vi sono poi altri spazi. Noi abbiamo sfruttato il prato adiacente alla piscina per qualche lancio con palle e guantoni da baseball. La posizione si presta bene a fare da base per programmare visite alle storiche località vicine quali Assisi, Gubbio ....o al lago Trasimeno. L'appartamento era pulito e tutto sommato comodo se non si hanno aspettative da Grand Hotel Completa il tutto la squisita e gentile ospitalità di Marco e Francesca.
