Per la prima volta a Santa Caterina posso ritenermi soddisfatto sia della localita' che dell'albergo. Hotel di atmosfera tipica montana, servizio e ristorazione ottimi. Il titolare Sig. Norberto sempre presente e disponibile. Arrivederci in estate

Personale gentilissimo oppure molto scorbutico ed in quest’ultimo caso crediamo si sia trattato non del personale dipendente ma della proprietà. Pizzoccheri nella media come le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale. In merito alla cotoletta e’stato richiesto alla bambina de fosse andata bene con le patatine. Servite le patatine fritte (molto poche) al momento del conto scopriamo essere state conteggiate a parte, ben 7 euro. La cotolettina con le patatine è quindi costata 18+7, ovvero ben 25 euro, che considerato il locale non ci è parso un prezzo adeguato.

Il proprietario è alquanto scontroso tanto che a volte risulta maleducato. La moglie gran lavoratrice, pratica, svelta e organizzata. Sempre disponibili e gentili il personale di sala e le signore delle pulizie. Buon cibo. Camere pulite.

Consiglio questo hotel a tutti, la mia esperienza è stata una delle migliori in assoluto.Ho passato con degli amici il fine settimana dell'immacolata e nonostante il grande esodo ho trovato un'hotel con tutti i confort che speravo di trovare, camere e bagni pulitissimi, cucina ottima e sopratutto grande disponibilità ed educazione di tutto il personale. Il proprietario è una persona seria e qualificata sotto tutti gli aspetti, sempre pronto ad accontentare tutti i suoi ospiti. Sicuramente sarà meta dei nostri futuri viaggi all'insegna della semplicità ma di tanta professionalità, quindi consigliato a tutti.

Personale scortese e maleducato; in camera non arrivava l’acqua calda, non appena siamo andate a chiedere spiegazioni siamo state mandate a quel paese (per non ripetere il termine da loro utilizzato) e ho dovuto fare la doccia gelata con -2 gradi fuori. Cibo da mensa, sarà perché eravamo in gita con la scuola ma la roba era immangiabile. Che poi si stava anche bene eh, però la maleducazione del proprietario ha reso tutto molto sgradevole: tralasciando il fatto che bussava alla porta nel bel mezzo della notte e ci bestemmiava in faccia, la camera era carina e accogliente. Ah, e poi ha dato un pattone sulla schiena a una ragazza. Comunque le tisane buonissime, grazie💕💞💓💗💖💘💝
