Perfect location on a quiet street, close to a street with lots of restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but there are a few rooms on the ground floor. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but is served at your table. You have to go down a flight of stairs with only one hand railing to eat. Because I have mobility issues, someone of the staff was so friendly to set a table for me on the ground floor. Coffee and tea are available for free the entire day.

Dicht bij het centrum, behulpzaam personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Nette kamers. Voor mensen die slecht ter bern zijn: er is geen lift.
Let op: Kreeg de mogelijkheid om voor 9,50 euro te parkeren op een parkeerplaats (Berkelplein) die helemaal vol stond. Daardoor veel verder moeten parkeren en opnieuw moeten betalen. Een service die geen service blijkt te zijn en dubbele kosten met zich mee brengt. Dat was jammer.

Fijn ontvangst, geweldig ontbijt gehad elke dag super verzorgt. In totaal zijn we 3 nachten geweest. De Patio kamer was iets kleiner als gedacht, maar netjes in orde en elke dag zuiver handoeken. Mochten we nog ooit in Valkenburg verblijven komen we hier zeker terug.

mijn complimenten aan Yvonne. Ik heb ongeveer 9 emails met vragen in totaal gestuurd. Iedere email werd tijdig en op een zorgvuldige wijze beantwoord door Yvonne. Het feit dat niets "te veel" was zorgde voor een prettig vakantie voorgevoel. Door omstandigheden moest ik mijn reservering cancelen. Maar opnieuw toonde Yvonne veel begrip voor mijn persoonlijke omstandigheid. Mijn dank Yvonne
