Het hotel is gedateerd en de lift-gang is vreemd en zeer traag. Het personeel in het zwembad als bij het hotel, had het vooral gezellig met elkaar….het uitzicht over de Limburgse heuvels was een bosje. De kamers mogen echt wel een opknapbeurt krijgen.

Hôtel avec accès à l‘espace Wellness des thermes de Valkenburg. Les chambres sont belle et propre. Dommage que la douche est une baignoire / douche. Petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité Avec le forfait Wellness vous avez accès aux thermes (superbe). Nous avons logé une nuit et avions accès du jour d’arrivée 10 H au jour de départ 22 h aux saunas, piscines,….

Thermae 2000 is a beautiful spa and the hotel is lovely. The room was large with a patio with chairs so we could sit outside. Unfortunately there was a problem the night we were there with a smoke alarm that continued to go off and was quite disruptive. Also, one warning to older guests. The shower was in a tub with a very high step and no bar so you really have to be careful not to fall.

Our stay at Thermae2000 was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a sense of tranquility that instantly put us at ease. The lush surroundings and peaceful atmosphere set the stage for a truly rejuvenating experience. Each day was filled with a variety of wellness activities. We indulged in relaxing spa treatments, soaked in the healing waters of the thermal baths, and explored the beautiful grounds of Thermae2000. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the saunas and jacuzzi, where we spent hours unwinding and letting go of all our stress and worries. Thanks Thermae2000 for such an amazing time ❤️💋

De kamer in het hotel lag op min 2. De liften er naartoe waren oud en erbarmelijk, ondanks dat het maar twee verdiepingen waren moest je reeds op min1 een andere lukt nemen naar min 2 . Liften werkten tergend traag. De receptioniste gaf geen uitleg over hoe de kamer binnen te komen.Op de deur zat een slot met een gleuf om sleutelkaart in te steken maar blijkbaar werd deze niet meer gebruikt. De airco was echt zeer zeer slordig, mer een zichtbare buis naar boven aan het plafond met een gat in de muur. Terras van de kamer moet dringend met hogedrukreiniger worden afgespoten, het onkruid op het grasgedeelte drin gend aangepakt.

Verouderd heeft onderhoud nodig. Veel locaties in de spa zien er nog uit als de jaren 70 style of erg versleten in vergelijking met andere spa’s in de buurt. Ook het personeel is extreem jong waardoor zaken mis gaan. Verder mooie plek en goede saunas!
