Terrible!!! My reservation says bed plus sofa bed, and nothing long and long at reception to leave us 3 people in a single bed... The room cards were blocked!!!

La habitación doble correcta y la cama es cómoda con carta de almohadas, pero el baño, que no está mal , ya va pidiendo reforma. Tiene bañera y ducha.

No ha estado mal en general aunque la habitación asignada era bastante justa para un matrimonio y un hijo. El bufet del desayuno y la comida en general, bien. Y la ubicación muy bien para nuestro motivo del viaje. Como puntos negativos, la moqueta que es lo peor del hotel en las habitaciones que la tienen, sucia y en mal estado. Por otro lado alguno del personal de cafetería que nos invitó a irnos del restaurante de manera muy grosera cuando ya estábamos sentados porque estaba todo reservado y no estaba indicado en ninguna parte y nos habló de mala manera. Además de la lentitud en general porque son pocos para atender a tanta gente.

Me hospedé en este hotel durante tres noches para asistir al torneo de España de vóley Benjamín, y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 10 minutos andando del polideportivo Pisuerga, lo cual fue muy conveniente. La atención del personal fue sobresaliente en todo momento. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras, haciendo que la estancia sea realmente placentera.
