Hotel con una buenísima ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad. Recepcionistas muy amables. Habitación amplia, aunque tuvimos un problema con la TV que al parecer al ser habitación recién remodelada no esta conectada a l red y no pudieron solucionarlo. Aunque indicaron que la habitación estaba insonorizada se oía el paso de los coches aunque la calle no es muy transitada no fue mucho problema. El desayuno lo hicimos en la cafetería, y no esta nada mal.

Good location in Valladolid - walking distance from centre - good to have parking space inside hotel. Very friendly and efficient check in staff - rooms comfortable and clean - excellent and large bed - very good sleeping quality- streets can be a bit noisy at night so sleep with windows open may be a challenge. Excellent breakfast with good choice of products - staff at breakfast not most friendly . Check out was friendly and efficient .

Bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro. Personal muy amable y cercano que nos ayudó y asesoró cuando nos hizo falta. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y muy limpias. Muy aconsejable para visitar Valladolid en familia o con amigos.

Pésima insonorización, se oían cañerías y ronquidos del vecino. Habitación con gotelé y muebles antiguos. Cama muy cómoda. Necesita reforma. Buena ubicación y personal amable.
