Es un lugar precioso, con muy linda vista. Todo estaba muy limpio, bonito y acogedor. La atención muy buena y oportuna, con recepcionistas siempre disponibles para ayudar y entregar lo necesario. El desayuno delicioso y contundente, con diversas opciones y una vista preciosa al jardín.

Excelente experiencia en Casablu, la limpieza, la atención, orden, todo super bien y 100% recomendable. Además el lugar super tranquilo y espacios comodos. Iba por trabajo a una visita al puerto y la ubicación me acomodaba perfecto. El personal del hotel amablemente nos dió las indicaciones que necesitabamos para movilizarnos.

Great host from the get-go for our introduction to Valparaiso. Helpful throughout the stay-- accommodating early arrival, taking interest in our group member's running race. and providing multiple, relaxing common spaces. Convenient location. Even with our limited Spanish, we could communicate with staff and they were eager to help us.

Hermosa casa, habitación y un desayuno espectacular. Muy grata la recepción, se nota el esmero en los detalles de la decoración en cada rincón. No fue necesario pagar el extra por estacionamiento, ya que además de que éste estaba a 2 cuadras del hotel, la calle es tranquila y está vigilada por cámaras.

Maravillosa experiencia. El hotel es precioso, lleno de detalles en todos sus rincones. El equipo muy preocupado de entregar el mejor servicio. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer caminando el sector más turístico de valparaíso. El desayuno muy rico, que hacen una experiencia 10/10.
