I did not actually stay at this hotel as we needed to cancel the reservation. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and they couldn't provide it via credit card. I needed to open a Western Union account and had to email every week for 3 weeks to find out when the refund would happen as each week I was told it would be the following week. Eventually, I called and spoke with the manager and received the refund. Based on this lack of basic administrative procedure, I would not consider staying at this hotel when I return to Chile.

Cet hotel boutique est très bien localisé au cœur du quartier touristique bobo de la ville. Entièrement doté d’une décoration se voulant tout à la fois ecoresponsable et tendance. Installé sur trois niveaux l’hôtel n’est pas accessible aux handicapés. Notre chambre était très grande avec une belle salle de bains. Nous avions une belle vue sur la baie. Heureusement nous avions du chauffage. Un bémol : le petit déjeuner buffet n’a rien d’exceptionnel ou de varié. De plus, il fait particulièrement froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner qui se trouve sur le toit terrasse.

Though the location is really great, globally we have been very disappointed. We had booked a superior room for 2 days : the room is extra small, no storage space or drawers or hangers or anything for your stuff. One window supposedly overlooking the city but we couldn’t see a thing. Bathroom ridiculously small with, again, just nothing where you can put your stuff, not even a toothbrush. On top of that, it was very cold and the heating wasn’t working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. Brought us a portable heater that was totally inefficient.

I like the location of this hotel and the views from the room; however the first room I was given the security safe was broken and was shut, it was locate directly beneath the bed. The reception appeared to know this, when I went back to raise a concern, but still seemed to think that would be acceptable; when I advise them it was not, they did offer me room a floor below with safe that worked and the seas fine. Wifi in the hotel is not great a food in the restaurant was OK, but a little expensive compared to other nearby restaurants.

Ouhaaa ! On ne s’attendait pas à un hôtel si atypique. On avait l’impression de vivre un rêve… on a adoré ! On en a pris plein les yeux décoration, vue, terrasse du restaurant… En plein cœur des deux collines les plus emblématiques, vous sortez de l’hôtel et vous plongez directement dans une ambiance bohème. Le personnel est très sympa et souriant 😀 Le restaurant est très bon et on nous a même offert deux coupes de champagne pour notre anniversaire de mariage.

Il se trouve au meilleur endroit de Valparaiso (en hauteur) aux pieds d’un petit funiculaire. La vue des chambres et du resto sont top ! La décoration est très réussie et chambres minimalistes, certaines avec balcon. Attention, pas de clim (pas besoin de toute manière généralement), de frigo ou d’ascenseur. Le petit dèj est correct, parfois buffer et d’autres jours à la carte. L’isolation est moyenne par contre.

Très bel hotel plein de charme. Chambre correcte (sur les 2 chambres louées, une etait tres froide (nous avons dormis en sweat). Attention aucune penderie. L'hôtel est sur plusieurs niveaux et sans ascenseur. Le restaurant est a l'etage donnant sur une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, super sympa. Je recommande

Not worthy money, the view is great, room was small but comfortable. The site says it has WiFi - it doesn’t- never works. Staff are not friendly, reception staff do not even acknowledge you when you pass. Breakfast is very average, coffee takes an age to come, very basic, not even yogurt on the second morning. It’s the same at night at the restaurant, we popped in for a glass of wine, waited an age for it, such a simple thing to do.

Tiene una vista hermosa, la atención súper, el restaurante maravilloso rico todo, el desayuno riquiiiiisiimo!. Pero… las habitaciones no cuentan con aislante lo que hace bastante incómodo poder dormir, a las 4 de la mañana se siente cuando llega la gente hablando fuerte y se escucha todo a las habitaciones en mi caso estaba en la 20 y es la que sale en la imagen y que da directo a recepción. Podrían tener un poco de filtro a la hra de recibir a la gente a esa hra que bien viene de fiestas, que lo hagan en silencio ya que no cuentan con aislante como nombre anteriormente y es imposible dormir con tanto ruido que igual provoca las otras habitaciones cuando caminan. Es solo ese el detalle. El resto todo muy rico y bonito
