The room is very dirty. When we wiped all the tables with tissues, the tissue turns black. There were spiders and little insects on the bed. Also, when we ate breakfast, the plates and utensils are dirty. The cup even have lipstick stains on it!

The hotel was frustrating. It was not in Hanoi but very far from it. There was no gym, nor a working restaurant even though the hotel is advertised as having them. I couldn't order food via app because it was too far from Hanoi. The hotel had only a few guests and this gave a bad vibe. It would be a good 4 star business hotel serving that district if the hotel was operating at normal capacity. It is not for tourists visiting Hanoi as it is right now. I checked out early for the above reasons and was denied refund for the unused night, even though it was their fault. It is clean and well kept but not functioning as advertised.

My husband and I were so satisfied with the hotel service and breakfast. Get back to Hanoi for visiting The Grand World Hanoi ( Hung Yen ) from Ninh Binh. After the long journey, I was so tired and I just wanted to find somewhere for rest quickly. But, luckily I found my best hotel. I really recommend the hotel for everyone and I will come back here for sure.
